The service from Drain Doctor was superb. Within an hour of sending them my request, they'd phoned me back to arrange an appointment 24 hrs later. The fact that they quote for the work first and only go ahead once you've agreed the price is great.

Called Drain Doctor when we began experiences issues with our drains, i was advised what service i needed and an engineer was sent out rapidly, engineer quickly identified problem and resolved it, he also advised me to contact Severn Trent to make repairs to non return valve.
Service was very quick and pricing was fair, Engineer was polite, efficient, and clean, making sure property was left tidy, would recommend Drain Doctor to anyone experiencing drainage issues.

Brilliant service from Kurt who cleared a blockage in our waste drain line. He explained exactly what the issue was, gave a quote and after I accepted, proceeded to do the work straight away. The blockage was cleared in no time and he gave great advice on what to do next. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Very nice people who came to unblock my toilet. Although they did the job, the 2 men who came to fix the toilet (as it had to be removed) left it in a bit of a state. The walls were dirty and the calking around the base of the toilet was a mess.

Noticed a drain blockage issue on the Sunday, used Drain Doctor's website to request assistance and received a call almost immediately to schedule an appointment for the next day.
Kurt came out in the morning and did a brilliant job. Very good workmanship at a very reasonable rate. Kept me informed with everything he was doing and explained a few things I was ignorant of! Learned a lot just listening to him and he dealt with the issue in a very efficient manner.

From completion of my request for help, to attendance of the Engineer, took just 20 minutes! In that time, I had a confirmation call from the Office, and a call from the Engineer to say he was on the way. Very professional, explaining to me all that he was doing in order to clear my blocked drain. Confirmed twice by camera and jet wash that the outlet pipe was as clear as it could be.
I would recommend this Company wholeheartedly.
