Richard from Drains Doctor provided an excellent service when unblocking my toilet. He was polite, professional, and explained the procedure and costs clearly before starting any work. He also showed me the CCTV footage of the blockage being cleared, which was very reassuring. Richard arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly while leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. Fabulous service from start to end. We called on a Sunday evening and Richard turned up within 30 mins. He diagnosed the problem and secured the leak. He came back on Monday with a new part and repaired the leak.

We had many cracks and dropped joints in our drains system. The team came and did a thorough survey and gave us a quote (better than another quote we had earlier).

I called and within 24 hours our issue was fixed. Customer service was excellent and everyone we interacted with was very nice. Only issue was that the person arrived outside of the window we were given. As it was a tight turnaround and our problem was solved this wasn’t a massive issue, but had my husband and I had meetings later in the day this would have been difficult for us to manage.

Excellent service. Paul and Reece were very professional as well as friendly. They gave me a price for jetting the drain to clear the blockage but then realise it had cleared easily without needing jetting . They waiting several minutes with water running from a hose pipe and tap to make sure they hadn’t just pushed the blockage further along and then advised me that as far as they were concerned the problem was solved and because it wasn’t as big a job as they expected they were able to reduce the price .

Absolutely first class service from Drain Doctor - from completion of their on line booking system through to the attendance of their engineer Richard Bevan.
A confirmation phone call was received from Drain Doctor shortly after completing the on line “urgent” booking.
A time slot was provided (same day service) and as promised, Richard rang to give us his ETA.
Upon his arrival Richard was very thorough with his diagnosis of our drainage problems, and even though there were a few obstacles in his way, he maintained his professionalism without any of the usual tradesmen’s “moans and groans”.
Richard explained everything he was doing at every opportunity (and to be fair to him, he gave us the opportunity to contact Severn Trent directly, as the blockage was found to be their responsibility on a “shared line”).
We chose to proceed with Drain Doctor as our problem was in need of urgent rectification.
Richard successfully completed our job and did a thorough check of all affected properties.
Sorry for this review being quite a long one, but I felt I had to attempt to explain the absolute thoroughness of Richard Bevan - he is an absolute credit to Drain Doctor (wish there were more tradespeople like him !)

Richard the drain engineer is a real credit to his company and he explained everything that he was going to do with a fixed price up front to be payed when work was completed.after a camera survey in my sewer pipe he concluded the problem was with neighbouring sewer and gave me the option of contacting Severn trent or for him to carry on and clear the blockage in neighbouring sewer drain and in short I said for him to carry on as it was an immediate problem to me ,in no time at all he cleared the blockage(wet wipes) caused by neighbours a few doors down.thank you once again Richard.
