My family & I have been loyal customers of Fletcher’s for as long as I can remember. Even before their relocation down the road from the original spot.
The quality & taste of the cakes are absolutely beautiful. Their buttercream is unique, rich & delicious, one of the main reasons we always come back.
What I love most is that these are proper cakes. Proper sponge, proper buttercream, proper fondant, not the airy, artificial rubbish you get from many chain cake shops, dessert places or places like Cake Box & cake shop etc. You can genuinely taste the quality & in every bite.
The shop itself is also spotless & organised.
You can see the care, effort & pride that goes into everything they do. The environment feels professional, welcoming & proper old school quality.
They’re also very fairly priced for the level of quality you receive. The ladies there are always polite, friendly & welcoming. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top quality real cakes made properly.

We chose Fletchers Cake Studio for our wedding cake as growing up I always had my birthday cakes from Fletchers. They recreated our vision from an inspiration picture and adapted it to our needs. The cake was beautiful, simple and exactly what we wanted. All our guests said it was delicious. The booking was made last minute and they were very professional and accommodating.

We have been going to Fletchers for just about every cake for every occasion over the last couple of decades as far as I can remember. I arrived back to the UK after a few years overseas and am amazed the quality and flavour is exactly as good as ever. The sponge is like eating a cloud ...

I have used fletchers for 23 years, after purchasing my sons 1st birthday cake in 2001 ( Winnie the Pooh theme ). I have never used anywhere else, and this company never disappoints. The cakes look and taste fantastic, are always fresh and will always cater to specific needs. I have collected another cake today and as always is perfect.
I recommend this cake studio to all family and friends. They are also very reasonably priced too.

Fletcher cake studios really helped me out on Friday, I ordered a 60th Birthday Cake and paid for it from M&S which didn't even get made, I went to Fletchers, they supplied me with a delicious cake with everything I asked for ! And within one hour of asking, brilliant ! the cake was lovely, service was excellent, I should have gone their first
