He arrived on time said he would be an hr or so I thought no way how dirty carpet was but he did it in an hr and it looked like new was really pleased definitely recommend these and very reasonable price considering the conditions of the carpet

I would highly recommend Chris and Roz to anyone looking at getting their carpets and sofa cleaned. Having a toddler around the carpets and sofa were quite marked. I didn’t think they would get the marks out. They were so thorough and did an amazing job on both the sofa and carpets that they look like new.

I was even tempted to buy a new carpet. After the clean today it looks like a brand new carpet and smells so fresh. Would recommend to anyone who wants to freshen their house up. At the start of December, we employed Stuart from Zero Dry Time to come and clean the floors of our house. Having quoted in November, we were incredibly happy with the price and promised service, but left even more impressed after the work.
We’d recently had decorating work finished on our house, and the decorator hadn’t done the best job of cleaning up. I discussed this with Stuart as he started, but he refused to charge extra stating he had quoted on the floor area - what a gent, and what a great way to do business.
Stuart fit into our schedule perfectly, and left the floors looking BETTER than when they were installed! Having white LVT flooring, and a rather large dog, we’ll definitely be having Stuart round again in the coming months.
