I have an elderly dog who is not quite as spritely as he used to be and has had a couple of "accidents". I found the company via check a trade and they got back to me really quickly, came to quote the next day and booked a convenient date and time for the work to be carried out. It was a brilliant and friendly service. Very efficient. Carpet looks brand new. I would highly recommend

Absolutely over the moon with my carpet clean by Zero Dry Time Walsall. With 2 young children in 10 weeks and counting of lockdown, my carpet was not looking at its finest. I was even tempted to buy a new carpet. After the clean today it looks like a brand new carpet and smells so fresh. Would recommend to anyone who wants to freshen their house up. From booking in right up to the completed job, the service from Stuart and Roz was friendly, reliable and professional. Thank you.

Stuart and Roz have cleaned my carpets today and I felt compelled to write a review which I seldom do. They are professional, honest, polite and went above and beyond. They moved furniture back to its original place even though I had said we can do it ourselves. The stains on my cream carpet have disappeared and hall, stairs, landing and lounge carpets look lovely and clean. I will not be going anywhere else in future as I have received an excellent service from this wonderful team.
