I initially found Walsall Wood tyres & service via a Google search as had a slow puncture & they were very local. They were able to fit me in at short notice & repaired the puncture swiftly (I was expecting, like on so many occasions before at different garages I would be told I needed a new tyre. However for the first time since I have been a car owner they repaired it).
I have returned on numerous occasions & have also recommended it to others who have given good feedback.
The difference for me is the hight standard of customer service, great communication & efficiency. I have called again at short notice & they have always been friendly & helpful, especially Jack & Callum.
I have finally found a garage I trust and don’t feel like I’m being ripped off, fobbed off or spoken down to.
I highly recommend this business & thank them all for their services.

These guys are excellent. I recently had a blow out and took my wheel to be fixed. They examined the wheel and advised me that the alloy was beyond repair. To prove it I was shown a pic of the damage. When I got a replacement wheel, they fitted a tyre on it quick and easy. I’m so pleased with there work, my car’s booked in for an MOT and while it was there, I had a courtesy car. They honestly can’t do enough to help

Had some suspension work and a 4 wheel alignment carried out the service was excellent, and the team was very professional and welcoming, but most importantly, the car drove like new after. I would recommend this place
