Amazing service and lovely staff. I brought my car in as I could smell fumes coming into the car. I was recommended to bring it to wasall wood services. I caught a taxi as I needed to leave my car and within 5mins they called back and they had fixed my issue. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Gav and Lydia, you guys are amazing and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

We were on our way to Dover from the Midlands to return home to Germany. Our car had an engine failure, the 1st possible repair at a Ford sevices would be next week or even beginning of September. This would have had many repercussions: loss of hotel room( paid for), loss of booked and paid - for ferry, our son would not make his holiday leaving on Sunday, we would have to take unpaid leave from work etc etc.....
Nathan agreed immediately that we could bring the car to his garage , Craig identified the problem, Lydia got the part ordered and requested urgent delivery, Craig fixed it( with helpful in- depth explanation) and we were on our way within 2 and half hours!!!!!!
Unbelievable!!
I cannot recommend this company enough. The whole team were friendly,compassionate, professional and understanding.
And as for Axel the puppy.......we're in love!

Can't praise them enough after having an awful experience at Halfords this morning came straight here to have my flat tyre changed. Done immediately. Price for comparable tyre £30 cheaper pleasant staff. I have already recommended them to family and friends

Don't usually write reviews but the service was excellent. Had a puncture last night, so called first thing. From speaking to someone at the garage to getting the puncture repaired, less than an hour. Very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again. Thankyou Walsall Wood Tyres!

Excellent service when I had a bolt in my tyre. Waited half an hour as Extremely busy but staff are all very chatty and nice to deal with. Need a couple more tyres so will go back to them for them.

Very impressive customer service - last minute panic phone calls to these guys to ask if they can change three of my tyres! At 30mins before closing?!
Absolutely no problems at all and I was back on the road in 10 minutes. I’m a return customer to this company - this is why. They put the customer first.

Third time using Walsall Wood. I rang yesterday afternoon and they managed to fit me in this morning as my heat shield was loose. Advised me on my options and really friendly. Repair completed quickly and got me back on the road.
I have a service plan with a well known Scottish dealership and they can never fit my car in unless it’s 3 or 4 weeks time.The Walsall Wood garage has always been next day or within a couple of days. My go to garage now.
