These guys are fair and honest. I used them for MOT and while I didn’t get the result I was after they proved they understand modified car owners and crucially, they won’t try and bill you for work that doesn’t need doing.

I've used these guys on many occasions for MOTs, tyres and repairs and can't fault them. Always honest and friendly and unlike some garages that will quote you one price then bump it up Walsall Wood always tell you what needs doing and how much it will be.

Needed an urgent puncture repair this morning, so rang the garage 9am. By 10am all was sorted! It's 2nd time they saved my tire, although this one needs to be replaced very soon. I can at least use the car for the rest of the week before I get the tires done. Amazing customer service and great waiting facilities. Thanks for today. Very likely will book my next service here.

Noticed a part of my car had become detached underneath and spoke to Dan at Walsall Wood Tyres. He managed to get ke in despite it being very busy and on arrival, Nathan (the owner) dealt with my car issue. Gave me sound advice and recommended me coming back later for the issue to be resolved on the same day. Returned at the time and all was sorted quickly. Really appreciated the top notch customer service and quick turnaround too. Very reliable and lovely team - have been here before for various car issues and they have always been super helpful and consider cost effective solutions for the customer without compromising car safety and functionality. Definitely recommend. Thank you Nathan and team!

After checking they could fit my motorhome on the ramp, took it in for a front wheel alignment. No appointment but said they would try and fit me in.<br><br>Spent an age in the waiting room and they told me they were having issues getting it right. Come closing time, said they wanted it to be perfect and could I come back? Booked to come back in 2 days.<br><br>Brought it back and another few tries and was given the keys and all done. It was now driving perfectly.<br><br>Took it out myself and indeed it was driving perfectly, took them quite a few tries to get it spot on but they didn’t just give me the keys back and take my money.<br><br>Spent an age getting it completely right and only charged me the original agreed price, even though it must have took much longer than normal.<br><br>That’s the sort of service that means I will use them again. Brilliant! 👍

Nicest tyre place going. All due to the friendliness of the staff. Nothing too much to ask and great attention to detail. Totally my favourite tyre shop. Been again today and saw the fantastic workshop at the back. Still my favourite tyre shop:)

Amazing service today. Went in yesterday to ask about tyres as I noticed one was worn down and probably illegal. One of the guy looked around and said I'd need, probably 3 soon. Ordered me 2 tyres in for today and very good priced aswell. All the staff were so kind while waiting, weren't pushing other things like other places can do. Would definitely recommend

Coming out of car retail and management after 20 plus years, I think it's fair to say I know my way around customer Service and the car industry. I was trepidacious as to how my experience would be now that I am simply a customer. I was very impressed and surprised, from the initial call to payment, this was a seemless and excellent experience. The advice about my tyres was accurate and informative, the need to sell me a complete set of replacements was apparent but in no way pushy and this was appreciated to the point that I will more than likely return in the not to distant future. I called at 10.00 about a puncture, living locally I was booked in by 10.15 with locking nut and keys in the hands of the techician, a true explanation of the tyres condition was given, it needed replaceing and a suitable tyre was in stock, by 11.00 (yes 11.00) I was on my way home, well done to everyone, the girl on reception today 15th October whose name I'm affraid eludes me had a superb attitude. Maybe I was lucky and this was a good day for them, but for sure this is what good looks like.<br><br>Tim Palmer

Excellent service on Saturday from the team at Walsall Wood Tyres. Called at 8am looking for a very specific tyre for my new BMW M2, the tyres were collected and ready to fit by 10:30am! Other garages were quoting 3-5 days before they could get them in. Really helped for my planned trip.

Phoned walsall wood tyres and spoke to Ashley who was fantastic, she managed to source the tyres I wanted and also got them mobile fitted for me within a few hours at my place of work. Fitter arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus, friendly, polite and took care of my car. Great price and great service from a top tyre company. Very happy and will definitely recommend to friends and will use again.<br>Thanks Walsall woodtyres! 👍🏻
