Excellent service as always, Nathan was really friendly, helpful and chatty. When I arrived to collect my vehicle, Nathan explained that the fitters weren’t happy with wheel alignment/tracking and would I mind waiting whilst they got it spot on. Third time of visiting here and would recommend to anyone! Thank you guys

What a gem of a place. Driven past many years and didn’t realise it was a tyre centre. Turned up and was seen straight away. Spent a lovely time in the reception area entertained by Nathan. What funny guy 😀

Fantastic service from these guys today. Found a nail in my tyre, rang up and they had it sorted out in less than an hour for a great price.

Excellent service.
Called in this morning for tyre change that I had arranged with Ashley on reception. A very friendly lady who is a credit to the company. Went out of her way to assist my dilemma as I needed a quick tyre change due to travel arrangements. Her colleague who changed the tyre was also very helpful and efficient. Thank you both

Excellent service and MOT centre. I always go here for tyres and any vehicle maintenance. Nathan and the boys are brilliant and very friendly. Have been using the garage for years and will be doing so for years to come. Keep up the good work.

Went to 6 garages to sort out my alignment and they all said no without even trying. Walsall wood tyres said it may be hard but they would give it a try. It was close but they did it and I can't rate them highly enough for the effort they put in. 5 stars is not enough.

Many thanks to the Service of Walsall Wood Tyre and Service who came to my work place and fixed my tyre back in May and I am embarrassed to say I was so busy I kept forgetting to settle my bill which I have now done. They have been so very patient with me, kind and understanding. The service was amazing and seamless! Thank you and so hope you are there for any further tyre disasters! Katie

Fantastic service! My friend's tyre burst this morning and so I called Walsall Wood Tyres and spoke to Ashleigh on the phone. She was brilliant. I do not know a lot about cars and she talked me through everything and had found a tyre and someone to come and fit the tyre at my house - the whole process took less than one hour. It was brilliant!
The man who came to fit the tyre, Craig, was very efficient and polite.
Would definitely use this place again and have recommended their services to others.

Amazing Service ♥️
Called them Friday evening with an emergency and he fit me in 8am the next day.
My scuttle drains had blocked and my car was taking on water big time. The carpet had also gone moudly from the extent of the water damage.
These guys cleared and unblocked the drains and also managed to sort for my carpets to be deep cleaned then and there.
I was there for 90mins in total and had my car repaired and cleaned.
Cannot fault them at all.

As a mum of 2 and breaking down roadside i was very stressed when my car was rescued by the RAC and taken to a garage to be fixed. After previous bad experiences i was not looking forward to it, however, the team here were fast to reassure me that they would do everything they could to help me, Raj in particular, so i instantly felt less anxious.
My policy allows me to have a hire car with the RAC. As there is an enterprise by the garage Raj called over to them so i left that evening with a hire car that suited my requirements as a parent, till my car was fixed. This was fantastic as it could have taken a lot longer for me to recieve a hire car from the RAC and could have been from anywhere. So grateful for the speedy response from Raj as it was one less thing to have to be concerned about...not having a car for school runs could have been a disaster.
The service i recieved was fantastic and i couldn't be happier. All thorough checks were made on my car before it was handed back over to me to again reassure of its service. A car clean was thrown in too....bonus 👍
