Rang them 8 minutes before they were closing. I was out of the shop with a brand new tyre fitted in 10 mins of arrival. Would highly recommend as the prices were much lower than other big chains.

Excellent service ,phoned to see if they'd got my tyres ,hadn't got them on site ,had them delivered and put on my car within 3 hours ,receptionist very professional and helpful, would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone 👍

All staff are approachable, polite and knowledgeable. They are also honest about what work/repairs your vehicle will need or doesn't need. I have been using these guys for the past year now and I honestly wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I have used this company for years, always had great customer service and have been happy with the work completed on my car and with the cost of work completed. Excellent service. We were in Walsall on business overnight from Devon and managed to get a piece of metal in our tyre. Luckily it hadn’t gone all the way through so hadn’t caused a puncture. They pulled the metal out and checked all the other tyres free of charge.

Were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Had an urgent need for a tire to be replaced on my driveway on the day. Delays outside of their control but they still managed to get here and even reduced the price due to the delays. Great service throughout and offered the best rate. No reason to go elsewhere. Highly recommended.

I’ve recently used the garage for diagnostic work on a warranty claim. The garage couldn’t find the issue but was honest about it. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lydia who was lovely and very helpful. I will use the garage again.

Looked after my Saab very well after it failed an MOT. Kept me informed on the work and how long it would take and price, all staff were very friendly and polite. I won't go anywhere else now, and very competitively priced as well. Lovely to have my Saab back on the road 🙂

I couldn’t recommend Walsall Wood Tyres enough, their customer service is second to none. Along with the amazing work they did for me, it was all done within a few hours of me calling Nathan. He even allowed me to use a car to get to work whilst mine was with them, my car was then dropped off to my workplace. Incredible customer service along with absolutely fantastic prices for the work that was carried out, I couldn’t recommend a garage anymore! Thank you again Nathan and the team 👍🏻
