I just had a puncture repair carried out at WWT today and I must admit, the team was great. Yes a puncture repair isnt the most challenging job, but the review here is about the customer service. Everyone I dealt with from the person in reception to the team in the workshop were polite, respectful and generally happy. They were short staffed, and busy but managed to squeeze me in and apart from my immobiliser playing up it was a quick fix. Thanks to the team, this was service with a smile!

Tried numerous alignment centres in walsall none of them knew how to to do a 4 wheel alignment.
Just one call to Nathan and my issue was resolved within the hour while I waited.
Full explanation given professionally and alignment was perfect all round.

Brilliant service , a warning light appeared on my way home which warranted a quick response so called in without an appointment . Even though it was 5 mins before closing they dealt with my problem there and then. I definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic service by all staff members. All very caring. Going for just a puncture repair but Nathan was very kind and helpful in explaining during my time there that I needed 2 new front tyres within the next few months. As I am a district nurse I may need to renew my tyres more but he explained there are good quality tyres that won’t cost me an arm and a leg every time. Thank you so much guys.

Phoned Walsall wood tyre & service ltd on spec about a puncture i had was told to bring my car down, what friendly staff was seen by Nathan in a polite manner my puncture was seen to after about 5 minutes, excellent service lads keep up the good work will definitely recommend

Absolutely faultless service from start to finish. Webpage was excellent and extremely user friendly. Very easy to choose correct tyre and book appointment. Was able to book a prompt tyre fitting that afternoon, on my driveway. I spoke with Nathan over the telephone who was very polite, friendly and courteous. The tyre fitter was Jack, he was equally as polite, extremely professional with a conscientious attitude to his work. I cannot fault this company whatsoever. I have been using the same tyre company, elsewhere for over 20 years. As this was a last minute, urgent purchase and working from home restricted me from leaving my house, I opted to use a Walsall Wood Tyre and Service Ltd. This company will be my choice for tyres from now on and I will recommend them to anyone I know.
