I only use this garage as it’s the only one I trust. Took my Kia Sportage in for a handbrake related repair that other garages were going to charge over the odds for. As always it was a great experience with no problems, looked at the car and ordered part for next day and fixed it. Job done no issues. Always professional but friendly and have confidence in them. Will always return.

Needed an urgent puncture repair this morning so popped into Walsall Wood Tyre. Unfortunately they couldn't repair due to location of screw in tyre being too near sidewall, but they fitted a new tyre there and then and I was on my way. Friendly staff and great service. Would recommend.

What a great garage. after suffering an incident on the M6 on my travels from Chester to London I arrived at Walsall Wood at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon was greeted with smiles, the car straight on the ramp diagnosed and fixed within one hour, Nothing was too much trouble and considering it was 4.30 on a Friday afternoon I was super impressed I would definitely recommend using Walsall Wood garage. Having used different tyre places over the years (have to use KwikFit etc with a fleet vehicle) I can't overstate what a fab place Walsall Wood Tyres is. Used them for a while now for daily and classic cars. Ashleigh is fab, nothing is ever too much trouble and I have called up last minute witg a puncture and it's been changed inside 20 mins. The service here is simply world's apart from the big chains. Great local buisness. Only way to improve would be to get a coffee machine in the waiting room/tyre bay as there is nothing local you can walk to to grab a drink while you wait ☕️ 😊 Thanks as always Walsall Wood Tyres 👌🏼

Used these guys for my 3.5 tonne Horsebox as well as my car. My partner also rates them. Took my Audi in today as kept losing tyre pressure. Diagnosed nail in tyre which they repaired. They could have tried to claim that it was beyond repair but I trust they would never do that showing huge integrity!

I have taken my car here several times, it is a Citroen Berlingo 58 plate with 215,400 on the clock, and certainly not in the greatest condition, I keep it because of it's sentimental value to me, and these guys MOT'd it for me this week and help me keep it going :) The mechanics are very helpful, explain things to you, and keep you updated on the phone. The lady on reception is very helpful and kind too. I would highly recommend them, 5 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you :)

Can’t recommend this place enough. Recently had a failed MOT and they fixed me in and did an exceptional job and staff were really kind and helpful. Also had tyre problems and were thoroughly fixed within hours of the issue. A must go garage!

As a long time customer my vehicle needed some work done for an mot re test.
Initially I was going to do the work myself as I'm an experienced and qualified mechanic but with the recent wet weather I decided to get the more serious jobs done at the service centre and repaired the double indicator fault myself.
Called on the 28th December for a quote and was told I'd be given a few price options....it's now the evening before the 5th January and still no call back so going to order the OEM parts and the press tool and do it myself. 10 day retest duration is up (I know due to Christmas that this would probably run over anyway).
They did the same last year on the other side, same job, I had to call back after 4 days reminding them I'm waiting for a quote for mot failure repairs.
Always been pretty good to be fair but last 12 months has put me off coming back. Sorry.
