Incredible service from Walsall Wood Tyres and Service. I made an error online and booked a tyre fitting at the garage when I thought I’d booked it on the drive. Called them and they were able to amend my booking quickly and thankfully had availability the same day. Really friendly, helpful service over the phone, and Ray who fitted the tyre was exactly the same. Incredible customer service from everyone I encountered from enquiry to completion. Highly recommended.

Been following these guys for some time now on social media, wishing I lived closer ( I lived in Devon )
Then I moved up to the midlands, and only 20 mins away from them. They immediately became mine and my partners new mechanics.
The first initial phone call I made to them as I had an issue with my transit, they took thr time to explain the process, the cost before anything was booked in
Managed to get me in the following day, called me half way through the day and explained what they have found, did I wish to go ahead. Yes of course 👍
Van was ready following day.
As a new customer they have already won me over.

Had booked to get tyres replaced as a previous garage (main dealer) advised to do so. This garage did a thorough inspection and then asked me why I wanted the tyres replaced? It turns out that they had more than enough tread for 10k plus miles left…..saved me £1k+
Very refreshing to experience such immense quality and honesty. I travelled 10+ miles to use this garage when there are so many within 2-3 miles of my address

Fantastic service provided by Walsall wood tyres, the reason I'd chosen them was I couldn't find a better price on the tyre's I bought which were Falken Ziex 215-65-r17 XL103 for my Hyundai Tucson, other tyre choices available again at good prices and once again the service was brilliant

Great service from this company, went in with a fuel particulate filter problem. They cleared the fault at less cost than originally thought, also quoted for my brakes which came in quite a bit cheaper than my usual mechanic. Can definitely recommend

What can I say its took quite a while to get my van sorted properly with suspension clutch dashboard light stopping on .great job van feels good big thank-you, I wish I'd of come across this garage before had bad experience with a AA approved garage at cannock. 10/10 Service every time! Been taking my vehicle there for a couple years now and will never think to go anywhere else.
