Wow what can I say , brought my car few months ago with terrible service from a certain dealer , and my worry was always the wet belt on my C5x. So I called Citroen they said 2 month wait , it would have broken by then . So called these guys and wow what a service got me in asap, quoted the work and stuck to there word, efficient and fast service I’ll be back again 100% , also got a courtesy car which was a little dirty but hey it’s a run around and worked for me . Top guys well done , I’ll back :)

Excellent prompt service received. I phoned to have my tyres checked and was asked to bring my car in the next 20 minutes which I did. As I was parking up Tom greeted me outside and checked all my cars tyres telling me about each tyre in detail how good or bad they were. In the end all tyres were still in good condition to pass the Mot but advised to come back in September for a tyre check again. Very impressed with the service overall.

Very pleased with the service provided. I trust the opinions and work of the staff and never feel as though I’m being sold something I don’t genuinely need. Jack and Gaz, who handled my booking this time, were friendly and helpful. It is great to walk into a garage and have full faith that the customer service and work carried out will always be second to none.

First time using Walsall wood today and was such an amazing experience ! Decided to change from the garage I usually go too as I often felt spoken down to and came here for a service and timing belt change, they had everything done really quickly and the lads there are all so friendly, will be coming back for my MOT

Absolutely excellent service all around. I had been struggling with a vibration through my steering and chassis for the better of the last 3 months. I purchased a couple of replacement wheels for my Mazda 6, gave a ring and spoke to Jack, and was fit into an appointment as early as 30 minutes from the time I called.<br><br>Kurtis checked for wheel buckling, fit my new wheel to replace the buckled one, balanced them, and did my alignment. My steering wheel while driving has never been more straight than now, and the car's steering no longer shakes and the car no longer vibrates at motorway speed.<br><br>I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I've received and the results of my trip. Thank you!

Really grateful for the quality of service provided by Walsall Wood Tyre & Service. Came in for a timing chain replacement which proved to be very costly, having only owned the vehicle for less than a month, this was very disappointing news to hear. However, upon the day of repair, learned the chain was actually in a good condition, was a separate issue causing the problems, which resulted in a way lower price for the service. Couldn't be happier, but it was the service and overall quality of professionalism from the staff & mechanics that made this experience feels comfortable and relieving. From the first visit & phone call, I instantly felt the level of care & attention that would go into fixing issues with any vehicle. Definitely reassured my faith in choosing here & will look to come back for any issues or maintenance in the future. Reliable, professional & highest of quality.

I initially found Walsall Wood tyres & service via a Google search as had a slow puncture & they were very local. They were able to fit me in at short notice & repaired the puncture swiftly (I was expecting, like on so many occasions before at different garages I would be told I needed a new tyre. However for the first time since I have been a car owner they repaired it).<br>I have returned on numerous occasions & have also recommended it to others who have given good feedback.<br>The difference for me is the hight standard of customer service, great communication & efficiency. I have called again at short notice & they have always been friendly & helpful, especially Jack & Callum.<br>I have finally found a garage I trust and don’t feel like I’m being ripped off, fobbed off or spoken down to.<br>I highly recommend this business & thank them all for their services.
