I just passed my test today and called so many insurance companies to find a fairly affordable quote and a cheap and affordable deposit and all the prices were so high and most companies didn’t try their best to find a solution how to lower the price. I then spoke to think insurance and they took my budget into consideration and arranged a affordable and relaistic price for me and explain step by step how they achieved it and all the information I need to know. Very helpful and understanding company! Absolutely excellent customer service! Would highly recommend to any young new drivers!

i would give more than 5 stars if i could. every year when my motor trade policy is due the renewals team manage sort me a deal they even managed to sort a nice deal for my wifes car insurance which was a bonus.... 10 out of 10 thanks for your continued excellent service

After a recent accident I contacted the claims line and within 24hrs I had a courtesy car , which was essential due to my disability. Everyone I spoke to were really polite and friendly. They made everything easy for me and took the time to explain each part of the process. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

Trying to find insurance for a new driver is a mind field but with the help of Laura we found one that suits, she really new her stuff and if she didn’t know she soon had the answer. We hope that they can do us a good deal next year after our son has got a year of driving under his belt.

***EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Kieran and Ricky***<br><br>My younger brother just passed his test today..I spent the afternoon calling round and getting quotes online.<br><br>I dealt with Kieran who was great. His clear and concise description of the policy left me feeling at ease that we had definitely found the right one. After consulting with my parents we called back and spoke to Ricky who ran through the details to double check they were all correct and started the policy for us as Kieran was on the phone dealing with another customer.<br><br>We then had a follow up phone call from Kieran checking in to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was ok. He confirmed that everything was in place for my brother to drive right away this evening.<br><br>Thanks guys! Top service

I’m so happy with the service that was provided by Rick today at thinkinsurance. I finally got my car insurance done and as a young driver it’s so difficult to find the suitable one but luckily I had such a helpful advisor on the line, helping me with everything I needed and making me feel safe and in control. Dealt with Laura Western. She was fab. Really helpful, explained everything in detail about the telematics system and the whole service from start to finish was excellent. Was in the process of shopping around for first insurance for my son but stopped there and then and took it out with Think Insurance. Even if it could be cheaper somewhere else the service provided made my mind up.
