I spoke to a man called 'Rick' he was friendly and easy to talk to. Explained everything very well and seemed a very pleasant man. Very helpful and made getting my first car insurance an easy and enjoyable process.

After over a week looking for the right insurance company to insure my first car and being put off by so many, I received a call from Charlotte at think insurance and was put entirely at ease! Got a great affordable deal for me, polite, exceptional people skills and talked me through everything I would ever need to understand, very happy with the customer service and hopefully will continue to be impressed throughout the policy, i would certainly recommend.

They’ve been a great Insurance Company to work with for the first few years of me driving. Fortunately, I’ve not had any accidents, so I can’t comment on how they deal with claims, but whenever I’ve had queries or questions, they’ve dealt with them in a professional and friendly manner.

My Mum and I spent two long days investigating the best insurance policy to set up for me as a learner driver determined to pass within 3-6 months and found that Think Insurance offered the most competitive rate (insuring with Aviva) in the form of one single payment which will not require upgrading once I pass my test. No hidden fees! We spoke to Rob who was polite, friendly and efficient; and who made the terms of the policy very clear. He convinced me of the benefits of having a black box fitted for the first year (which I was not keen on at first having heard that new drivers can be punished for hitting the brakes too quickly - if nervous driving on the road alone for the first time for example) but made clear that Aviva/Think Insurance want to REWARD good drivers, assuring me that with the box I can earn money off my renewal policy next year. So far very happy with the service and looking forward to driving safely and earning rewards!

I was with Think Insurance for the first 2 years of my driving life and I never had any issues with them. The black box was fitted and recorded all of my data well throughout my policy. When I had a small accident in my first year, they were great at sorting it out and I never had any problems. only reason I am not with them this year is because I am not having a black box with my insurance, but I would recommend them to anyone!
