I was having difficulty logging into the dashboard to review my son'r scores and called Think. Mishelle spent a considerable amount of time assisting me, liaising with their IT department and then coming back to me with a solution. I have young driver insurance for my son and have had to make contact a few times with questions or issues and I have always been able to get through to speak to someone and received a good response. I read a lot of negative reviews of insurance companies before choosing Think but so far it has been a very positive experience for me.

Highly recommend speaking to Stephen or Luke - they got me a quote quickly, which beat all the other quotes I had received (Spoke to both of these individuals as I rang back on two different days)
Usually it can be incredibly draining going through details and answering the same questions again and again... but these two individuals kept me entertained with good conversation whilst waiting on a quote.

brillaint service. I’ve called up a number of times to discuss my driving score as I was having a few issues and a lady called Darcy has helped me so much every single time. She’s put my mind at ease, explained everything thoroughly and given me lots of advice on how to improve my score! Very happy I went with think insurance for my first ever year of car insurance
