My name is Michael, I was really finding it hard to find insurance due to having 6 points carried over from my provisional licence. Kieran from think insurance gave me a call and helped me out and with in a day had everything ready to go. Couldn’t recommend this man enough. Absolute life saver.

In the first instance, Jamie was the Advisor who helped us find our car insurance.He was very friendly and professional and showed excellent knowledge of the policy and telematics box my daughter needed as a new driver.
Several days later when I spoke to Mishelle, she was also very friendly, helpful and efficient.
There were a few points on the policy that needed amending, this was done quickly and what I valued the most was that both of them(and their colleagues I spoke too) all called me when promised and did what they promised they would do.
The phone calls I made were all answered quickly and that doesn’t happen very often these days.

Very easy to talk to and explain , although the first year insurance for my sons was just as steep as every other company ,with the black box fitted it came down by half in the second the year .

Requested for a new quote as a returning customer for motor trade and spoke to Paul who promised to return my call with available quotes and true to his word he came back to me today Friday 4th of Jan and superseded my expectation. Without hesitation I took out a new policy with think insurance. My previous experience with think insurance has been amazing their customer service is always on point and that's one of the reason I came back to them because the after care customers service is great. Would highly recommend this insurance company!! I was so nervous about calling as it was my first time looking for quotes so I wasn’t entirely sure on how it all worked but the service I received was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was so so lovely and welcoming. They were also super understanding; being a student and only working part-time, they made sure I got a really good and incredibly affordable deal on my car insurance! Could not be more pleased with the service I received from Think Insurance, I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!

Had an interesting experience with think insurance and hydepark telematics company,both very quick to try and destroy a young lads chance of driving ! I got involved when my son decided to buy a vw golf that had,been modified by previous owner i:e different bumpers and wheels, it was only with the help of Darcy Grainger at think, that we managed to sort the problems ! cannot thank her enough and my son has now been banned from buying anymore cars without me.
