I have visited the vine a few times and it never fails to meet expectations. Our nan was amazing and i has the fish pakora as a main and it was great.
The restaurant is very busy at lunch times but we managed to get our food pretty quickly and the service is very good.

This place is amazing the food is high quality and the staff are very polite. The service is incredibly fast and it's great value for money! The menu is amazing you can choose how you would like your curry with separate meats sauces etc. Great for large gatherings and just a family meal. Thank you vine repeat custom right here.

If you like a different type of Indian restaurant you have to try The Vine. We've been going for years and the food is excellent. The chicken tikka skewers are sooo tasty and the curries are excellent. On first arrival you see an old victorian back of footpath pub but be brave and walk in and it just keeps going! The decor is a bit basic but ignore and enjoy the food.

Nothing to look at - back street pub on an industrial estate. Food was cheap and tasty and very quick! Chilli and garlic curry, garlic nan and chips (don't normally have chips). Very tasty and plentiful. BBQ section at the back which looked good - will try that next time.

It's a backstreet pub on the outskirts of West Bromwich. It's the best lunchtime curry and service for MILES around. Go there - you won't be sorry!

The food is divine the only real reason I have given 4 stars is because of the drinks menu. Not such a variety. But yes if you want comfort food to either drown your sorrows or make your day this is the spot absolutely hits the right notes for the fast junk fix in a healthy manner.

Had a great curry there last night, the place looks small from the outside but is very spacious inside. It is a popular place to eat so I would book a table for Saturday's.

It was my first time back in the UK after a while and I was gagging for a decent curry, as it's such a scarcity in Colorado. I've got to say I wasn't disappointed. What made the meal better was the ice cream for desert. I'm so used to eating FroYo now that I'd forgotten how good quality mint and chic chip ice cream tastes. YumYum! 😋🍽

This was my first visit to The Vine. Initially unimpressed by the absolute lack of parking and after a few trips round the neighbourhood, I finally left my car on the pavement...
The building didn't look impressive but the warm welcome I received from both staff and other punters was warming and for the meeting i was attending, we were seated in the Barbecue Room. This is an Indian Grill. Our drinks and food were ordered at the bar. Friendly and helpful lady served me and gave me a receipt when I had paid. I ordered Chicken Tikka with salad and a cold soft drink, all for £5.50! Who would believe that! They also serve sheesh kebab, wings, ribs, etc The large portion of food arrived at the table quickly. Hot and extremely edible....it was delicious. Everyone at our table ate their fill and all were more than happy with their food.
The food was sooooo tasty and I will certainly return there. Thanks for a great introduction to your pub!

I shared a few of dishes off the bbq grill with my partner. I thought the dish were lovely. The thought the bqq chicken tikka and Sheesh kebab were very spicy (i like spice) so i think it might be best not order if you dont like spice. The spicy pork was a little bit dry but still tasty. The Tipilla fish was excellent cooked perfect. We also shared a keema nan & Jalfrezi curry sauce which tasted nice.
I frlt that the use of polystyrene plates and canteen trays a little off putting and made the overall feel of the establishment a little cheap which is ashame because the food is good and the staff are nice.

If you haven't visited the Vine yet, you are missing out on the best food in the area.
Looks are deceiving. From the outside, it looks like a typical old fashion pub. But when you walk past the bar area and the glass ceiling opens up the pub, then through to the barbeque area with it large open space, picnic table and over head cover. We travel 30 miles round trip because the food is so good. Lots to choose from, very good price and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Friendly staff.

After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor I was very much looking forward to visiting this pub/restaurant. Pre match eating is not normally on the agenda for football games but this place had been highly recommended. We arrived at 12noon and placed our orders for drinks and food, and found it fairly easy enough to get a table although the reputation obviously is huge as the place was already filling up to capacity. The service was outstanding, very quick from serving both drinks at the bar and food to the table. The food was excellent and very fresh, you can watch the chefs cooking all the meats on the huge and impressive grilles. We will be back to this place again next season as this place has to be my favourite away day place ever!

This place looks nothing from the outside. Looks can be deceiving! Once inside, it's a rabbit warren of rooms all set up for plenty of visitors to pop in and sample their fantastic Indian cuisine!
The menu is reasonably priced, and extensive. There is so much choice and the food quality is absolute perfection.
If you order from the grill, so chicken tikka, tilapia fish etc, you order those items from the grill directly. All other items and drinks you order from the bar. That was my only criticism. Depending on the queue in each place your food might not all come together. But once we had ordered and say to wait I was over it.
When the food arrived it was plentiful and so fresh and tasty. Just fantastic! We ordered far too much so we could try a few different things and nothing disappointed.
Highly recommended if you like good fresh value for money Indian food.

Ok, this place, from the outside you'd probably walk on by and not go in.
And from the inside looks like a pub, with a working mans club room attached to it.But this isnt about the surroundings, its about seriously great tasting food, at cost effective prices.
Try the chicken tika from the grill, 6 huge pieces for £4.50, quite spicy so dont forget to order the yogurt dip separately. For mains I had lamb clay pot curry and a persiawa nan, which tasted yummy, but unfortunately after the huge starter I was stuffed and could only eat 1/2, so please I did not order rice. All this put 2 rounds of drinks, came to 42.00
Excellent value for money, only wish it was closer to home, so the visit could be a regular habit !

Regularly take colleagues and clients here for a quick lunch. The food is served super quick and is always of very good quality. It opens at 12 and closes at 2pm. During the warmer days they'll sometime bbq out the back.

We visited here on a Saturday lunch time just after opening. Parking was a bit of a nitemare but we managed to find somewhere. We were quite surprised at just how big The Vine is. First impressions were really good as everywhere was spotlessly clean and we were welcomed by the staff as we walked in who explained where to order the food and how wit works. We ordered from the BBQ in the back room, Chicken Tikka, Shish Kebab, Keema Naan and Masala Chips. The food was delicious and more than enough to leave the two of us stuffed! The Masala Chips are a must! We will call again soon.

The area doesn't look great, but the people we asked to help us with directions were more than obliging! Once you've entered, the place opens up to Tardis proportions. The menus look a bit like a chain pub but the curries are more than authentic. The grill is also really tasty, and the staff very friendly. All in all it looks a bit dodge but it is well worth going in ;-)

This fabulous place is hidden in a little street in West Brom and to be totally honest we almost didnt go in. There is no car park and the street was packed with vehicles, however undeterred we managed to find a spot. The exterior of the Vine is a proper old Black Country pub, in fact as you walk in the rooms on the left and right are reminiscent of the "snug" that my granddad used to sit in , in his local. The interior is really deceiving because there is lots and lots of space to eat, both inside and out. The dining area is nothing flash, simple wooden tables and chairs but immaculately clean everywhere. As we hadnt visited before the young guy behind the bar talked us through , and along with all the other staff we encountered was charming and helpful.
The portion sizes were huge , 4 beautifully made onion bhajis as a starter almost finished me off. The rest of our food was wonderful, tasty, hot, the naan bread was to die for. We enjoyed a feast for a really reasonable price, loved it !
