The vine has been going for over 30 years, and its a bit like marmite, you either love it or you hate it.
Food is nothing special, but the atmosphere is great and its comfortable yet also loud. There;s a number of rooms and every time I go there, there seems to be a refurb/extension. Great for a big group, or even a couple.

We only go to the NEC from Lancashire once or twice a year but it is always followed by a quick detour to the Vine. Superb food, fast service, very reasonable prices and lovely staff. Gets very busy so go early to ensure you get a seat. Wish it was nearer home.

Legendary pub. Popular (not only) on Baggies match days. Welcoming for home and away fans. Good cask ales. Excellent Indian food from the menu as well as the indoor bbq for kebabs. Friendly staff. Only caution is it gets very full so arrive very early for food especially.

Crowd of us went on Saturday before football. Usually crowded on match days but brilliant atmosphere with banter. Great beers including Bathams and Staropramen larger. The curries are one of the best in the Midlands especially the chicken claypot. Fantastic selection of indoor barbecue with a wide selection of sauces chips and bread. Great prices, well worth a visit.
