The team responded quickly to a problem with my shower. They quoted competively for a replacement and came the next day to fit it. However, on further investigation, Paul (their bathroom specialist) decided he could sort the problem out without replacing the shower unit. I was not charged for the call out or even for his time and expert advice. He thus saved me the cost of a new shower. I therefore strongly commend S P Taylor for their honesty and professionalism. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future because I now have confidence in them.

We have used SP Taylor on a regular basis (as required) for several years now and have been very satisfied with every aspect of their workmanship. Large projects have included provision of a new bathroom suite (inc. tiling) and a completely refurbished laundry room and downstairs toilet. All the staff are all polite and very professional.

I spent a lot of time trying to find a decent quote for a new bathroom, with costs looking height and with a tight budget I decided to do a lot myself but required a first and second fix of the electrics and plumbing. Many other plumbers tried to get me to accept a quote for the whole bathroom, and tried to talk me out of doing it myself. However sp taylor's understood exactly what I required and gave me an unbeatable quote. Which saved me thousands. Very professional, very fast and great communication throughout the whole process. Would absolutely recommend.

I needed a plumbing job dobe so I contacted S P Taylor and the call was answered by a person with full knowledge of the business. They came to my house on time and with all the right tools to do the job professionally also no mess and left clean and tidy.
