I phoned S.P.Taylor with regards to repairing my toilet system,the receptionist was polite and informative,she made me an appointment for the plumber to come out and asses the job.He phoned me before he was due to visit,he was polite and professional and explained what had to be done and that I would receive the quote for the work in the post,which it did ,I accepted the quote and made an appointment for the plumber to call.He phoned before he came to tell me he was on his way.he arrived at the appointed time and carried the work out to a very good standard.I was very pleased with all aspects of the work from receptionist to the plumber.A good solid company who do what they say,an excellent service.
