I’ve had several custom made sofas made to measure over the years, the service is always professional the sofas they have produced have been to a very high standard. Any small problems that I’ve ever occurred were dealt with straight away and communication has never been a problem again thank you Mark for another great service.

This is an amazing family buisness, lovely people run it and they're so helpful. Kami has been great and kept us up to date with how things were going, we feel we've known her forever and had lots of laughs and chats.<br>We bought our first suite from here 13 years ago and had new foam put in our seat cushions last year which was great and made the suite like new again.<br>We then decided to change our colour scheme so we knew exactly where to go for choice of many styles, fabric and colour and found the perfect one to suit us.<br>It was made and delivered in 12 weeks and our son and his family have had our old suite which has many more years of life in it.<br>Thank you Kami for being so professional but for also being a great friend.<br>If any one asks where to go for sofas/chairs and friendly staff, I would say The Sofa Factory Wolverhampton 100%.<br>Thank you again for everything, we love our new suite.<br>Oh and I mustn't forget the delivery men they were so helpful too and a good laugh.<br><br>A wonderful place to buy from.

Have had several custom built and designed sofas from Sofa Factory Outlet over the years and every time I cannot believe the value and quality received.<br>Here you get totally bespoke top quality sofas for better prices than standard sofas at branded furniture stores with better or similar lead times too.<br>I always deal with Kami, she looks after you really well and gives good advice on design. We have had a curved back sofa, custom chaise and L shaped sofa with obtuse angle. All perfect.<br>I have recommended SFO to several friends and family and they're all of the same opinion. You get premium products at value pricing.
