Kammy has been amazing from the get go, as soon as we walked in with an idea, she had seen our vision and provided us with her expertise about what we require. We even gave a colour scheme and she already knew what we were after and had provided the relevant book to choose the fabric, colour and cushion fabric too. We are over the moon with our sofa as it fits perfectly in our space and also adds a classy elegance to our room. She even delivered on her promise to have this ordered and delivered before Christmas. Couldn't have done this without Kammy and cant thank her enough, a real credit to the Sofa Factory Outlet.

Wow what can I say I came back again! And Kami didn’t disappoint yet again!<br>The service I received was above and beyond! Kami dealt with us right from the start from picking out the right style to the fabric and the finishing touches. I wanted particular items which they didn’t have and Kami was amazing and went out her way to source them and got exactly what I wanted!<br>She brought my vision to reality!<br>We were kept up to date right from the start with how our order was going! I can not recommend them enough! The service is amazing! The quality is amazing and I’m so happy with my new sofas! Will be going back again definitely for sofas for my other room! Perfect service from first entering the showroom to receiving our made to measure sofa. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and explained different materials and specifications to help us choose the best sofa for us. This is a wonderful business. I had a really difficult space which I needed to fit a sofa for and Kami was amazing in helping me. There are so many different styles and fabrics to choose from and the quality of the sofa was amazing. I was even able to rent a sofa whilst mine was being made. I recommend everyone to buy their sofa here and was soooo happy with the amazing service. Kami was just fantastic!
