Fantastic place and perfect service from Mark! We just purchased a beautiful armchair for my mother. After visiting many furniture shops we came back to the Sofa Factory Outlet for the variety, quality and great customer service. After explaining to Mark what we were looking for he showed us a few options he had in stock. As my mum elderly and is housebound Mark suggested we take the chair for mum to try before buying it……. Amazing, brillant, excellent customer service from the first time we met Mark. His advice gave us a better understanding, as there is so many choices to pick.
Today we went to pick our fabric and we again saw excellent customer service from Mark.. he was helping a family and only the young boy could speak English Mark was so patient he took his time to explain to the young boy who translating to his parents. The parents asked questions and again very professional Mark helped them.

Ordered an Italian leather corner sofa, kam was great very helpful and friendly service. Gave her measurements of the room she called the supplier and advised that we would have to make the sofa to my specification, although we were in lockdown the came when she said it would. The lads that delivered the sofa were also very good we just had new carpets fitted and they ensured that they didn't get them dirty. Kam also promised me 5 cushions and due to lockdown the material I chose was not available so persuaded the supplier to deliver them asap and I collected them today. Overall very happy with the service and will definitely use sofa factory again.

We visited Sofa Factory on 2 occasions and dealt with Kami and her service and attention to detail were outstanding. It took us a while to choose a corner sofa and suitable fabric and Kami was very patient and helpful. We took delivery of our new sofa this week and we are delighted with the high standard of workmanship and the quality of the finished product.

Absolutely love our new sofa and armchair! Kami was amazing at turning our vision into a reality with stunning, endless fabric options. Delivery was super smooth, despite our narrow living room door - it fit through perfectly. The guys were super friendly and very considerate as it poured with rain while they brought in each piece, and quickly fit it together. Overall, would highly recommend. High quality, great value for custom-made and really friendly staff involved at every stage. Why buy off the shelf when you can have custom at a better price?

Mark’s knowledge in store was second to none, advising us on the perfect sofa for us, allowing us to choose every detail to make our dream sofa. Since its arrival, we our in love with our sofa - the quality of build is excellent and exactly what we imagined.
We were really impressed with the level of service received, particularly as we were purchasing the sofa for our first home, and due to current times we couldn’t be sure on when we would be moving in. Mark went above and beyond, and completely took the stress of this away from us - giving us the flexibility we needed, and even ensuring we had our sofa delivered less than 24 hours after moving in!

The sofa factory was recommended to us by a friend and we are glad that they did, Marc showed us around and helped us decide there is so much choice, you pick what style you want, then the fabric and the firmness if the cushions, Marc explained brilliantly what is available we didn’t feel rushed into anything,. When the suite arrived we were over the moon with it, really good quality, the delivery men were brilliant, they rang 20 minutes before arriving, were efficient, careful and friendly. We would strongly recommend using this company

Me and my wife ordered a sofa here after my dad recommended them to us. I phoned Mark to get an estimate as Wolverhampton is a 2 hour drive from Twickenham, and he provided a good idea as to what we could expect. We had originally ordered the Isla corner sofa from SCS but it would not have fitted in our new apartment. We decided to drive up to Wolverhampton and we were not disappointed. Mark showed us around the showroom and we managed to find what would be the ideal sofa with a few tweaks - Mark also walked us through the sizes and showed us the matching ottoman/footstool. We agreed a price and were expecting a 12 week wait, we told Mark that we were moving into a new (unfurnished) apartment and would appreciate if he could somehow get our corner sofa to us any quicker. Mark said he would talk to the factory and see what he could. I cannot thank Mark enough as we moved into our apartment and SCS delayed the delivery of our dining table and chair by six weeks, so we had nowhere to sit other than our bed. A week later, (six weeks from the date of our order!!) I am writing this review from our comfy, stylish and sturdy sofa. My wife is the only person who is more impressed with the sofa than me, I would 100% recommend Sofa Factory Outlet to anyone, especially if you're tight for space or need a bespoke sofa! A+++++++
