We ordered our sofas in December and they arrived sooner than expected. The sofas have been made to a very high standard and exactly how we wanted them, they are absolutely stunning. Mark was great, kept us well informed , the delivery guys were excellent and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I would highly recommend these guys. They can create the perfect sofa for you! Theyre as good as any sofa bought from DFS or sofology if not better, we have had so many compliments already. Thanks Mark and the team. Jas & Jag

Easy to find, parking a problem though. Well stocked showroom, with the help of the manager found the 3 seater Sofa that suited my needs. It was ordered deposit paid now awaiting delivery. Would recommend.

Well!! What do l say, "The Sofa Factory" must be one of the very best of furniture shops l have been to, not the largest of outlets and quite small with limited choice of sofas, however what l found was what they can actually do to please the customer, pick the style from their selection, then the fabric, make alterations to the sofa to suit your needs and they will make it to your requirements, should you go to the warehouse ask for "Mark" he is the best salesman l have had dealings with in 50 years Mark even comes out to your home to view where you want the sofa and offers his professional advice just so mistakes aren't made by either party. I fully recommend The Sofa Factory, Wolverhampton and to finalise my review the products are made in the UK

Bought sofas from mark for years. The reason i keep returning is due to his great customer service and only paying the balance when sofa has been delivered and customer is happy.Great range of fabric & non fabric sofas at great prices.
