Fantastic place and perfect service from Mark! We just purchased a beautiful armchair for my mother. After visiting many furniture shops we came back to the Sofa Factory Outlet for the variety, quality and great customer service. After explaining to Mark what we were looking for he showed us a few options he had in stock. As my mum elderly and is housebound Mark suggested we take the chair for mum to try before buying it……. Amazing, brillant, excellent customer service from the first time we met Mark. His advice gave us a better understanding, as there is so many choices to pick.<br><br>Today we went to pick our fabric and we again saw excellent customer service from Mark.. he was helping a family and only the young boy could speak English Mark was so patient he took his time to explain to the young boy who translating to his parents. The parents asked questions and again very professional Mark helped them.<br><br>A great asset to Sofa factory. Thank you Mark.

Had a great experience. The sofa fits perfectly and we added a foot stool later. Kami was our contact and she kept us up to date right until delivery. The quality is excellent and cost was by far the most reasonable compared to larger retail companies. This made to measure sofa was the perfect solution to our long narrow living room!
