Ordered a 3 and 2 person sofa with a footstool and cushions from the sofa factory. Kami was brilliant she helped us choose the right sofa and colours for the sofa and cushion and kept us informed every step of the way. Even when we had problems with out cushions she got it sorted without delay

Fantastic place and perfect service from Mark! We just purchased a beautiful armchair for my mother. After visiting many furniture shops we came back to the Sofa Factory Outlet for the variety, quality and great customer service. After explaining to Mark what we were looking for he showed us a few options he had in stock. As my mum elderly and is housebound Mark suggested we take the chair for mum to try before buying it…….
