Bought sofas from mark for years. The reason i keep returning is due to his great customer service and only paying the balance when sofa has been delivered and customer is happy.Great range of fabric & non fabric sofas at great prices. Traditional customer service at its best. Many thanks for all your help and advice over the years on sofas mark , keep up the good work !

Great family run business, our point of contact was a lady named kami........ I highly recommend her as she was very polite and took great care of us throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable and professional, not at all pushy unlike some other companies.

Mum and Dad (Mr & Mrs Mason) have recently purchased their new Three Piece Suite from Mark at Sofa Factory. Mark was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. I bought my mum a sofa from here and she absolutely loved it. Mark was fantastic. I told him my mum comes back in 3 weeks from her holiday and buying her the sofa was a surprise. He did everything to make sure we received that sofa before she got back. It was a success as my mum loves it. Great place, great prices and fantastic customer service from the sofa factory. Had a great experience. The sofa fits perfectly and we added a foot stool later. Kami was our contact and she kept us up to date right until delivery. The quality is excellent and cost was by far the most reasonable compared to larger retail companies. This made to measure sofa was the perfect solution to our long narrow living room!

We ordered our sofas in December and they arrived sooner than expected. The sofas have been made to a very high standard and exactly how we wanted them, they are absolutely stunning. Mark was great, kept us well informed , the delivery guys were excellent and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I would highly recommend these guys. They can create the perfect sofa for you! Theyre as good as any sofa bought from DFS or sofology if not better, we have had so many compliments already. Thanks Mark and the team. Jas & Jag
