Mum and Dad (Mr & Mrs Mason) have recently purchased their new Three Piece Suite from Mark at Sofa Factory. Mark was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. I bought my mum a sofa from here and she absolutely loved it. Mark was fantastic. I told him my mum comes back in 3 weeks from her holiday and buying her the sofa was a surprise. He did everything to make sure we received that sofa before she got back. It was a success as my mum loves it. Great place, great prices and fantastic customer service from the sofa factory.
