I recently had some furniture made for my new house. It was made to measure and I am thrilled with it 😀Mark was so helpful , He advised and guided me throughout and could not have been more helpful. We love our sofas! Mark was absolutely fantastic all the way through, from giving us great advice on what size sofas would suit our room, to which fabrics and colours would compliment our decor. We went in quite a few times to choose fabrics and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful. Delivery was swift and arranged to suit us. I can’t thank Mark enough. We would definitely recommend the sofa factory in Wolverhampton.

Had my sofa from sofa factory 6 years ago and due to the quality, it still looks great! Customer service is really good and you are able to have a sofa in the size you want. Fantastic range of fabrics available. Would have no hesitation in recommending and would use again.

Not only do they have loads of styles and fabrics to choose from, but they can alter and customise their styles to suit you. The customer service was excellent too - always returns calls and very helpfully made arrangements to store the sofa until it was time to be delivered. I love my new corner sofa and everybody who sees it asks where i got it from.. lots of customers headed your way!

We recently had delivered two stunning swivel chairs, a 2m wide sofa and footstool, all excellent quality and luxurious. They are a fantastic addition to our room and everyone that has seen them so far has commented positively about them. Great experience from start to finish. There was a wide range of sofas and fabrics to choose from. Was really happy with the final product and the sofas look great in my living room. We wanted to add studs to the sofa and this wasn't a problem. Kami was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. We were there for a few hours as we couldnt make a decision and Kami was so patient and didn't try to rush us in any way.
The service offered was impeccable along with the finished product which was two fantastic sofas, made to measure that fitted perfectly. Would definitely go back to Sofa Factory for future purchases. Thank you Kami for all your help!

We are really pleased with our sofas and footstools that are the focal point of our living room and this was only possible with Marks wealth of experience.
