We have ordered a big corner sofa from here after looking for many months. So far everything has been absolutely top class and Kami has looked after us really well when choosing and ordering. There are loads of options to look at and try out in their showroom. You may get biscuits. We were able to ask for a couple more inches of extra depth on the frame and we could have also had it a little higher, although we didn't go for that in the end. The takeaway is that they can customise anything... unlike some other 'bespoke' companies. Kami is the most amazing salesperson... Really friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. Will update this review when we receive the sofa with hopefully a wonderfully happy ending to this experience and will report back as to how amazing it is. Thanks a million Kami xx

Just ordered two sofas…the whole process has been amazing. Mark helped us to choose the right sofa, foam and fabric considering we have kids and pets. He advised on the right length for our space, and made slight changes in design as well on our request. Never experienced such a premium service with the high street brands…cannot wait for the final product.

Thanks so much to Mark! :) We decided to completely change which room we wanted to put the sofas in and I took a while to pick from the swatches (there’s so many great ones), Mark has been so patient and helpful throughout all of this! The showroom is great, and we look forward to having our sofas tailored to our room. The timeframe to get it made is also reasonable. We’re already talking to Mark about a second set of sofas we want to purchase!
