I visited the Sofa Factory Outlet today and had a great experience. After looking around at the three-piece suites, Mark came over to help us and was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find a lovely three-piece suite that was perfect for us. We’ve now placed the order and are very happy with the excellent service from Mark. Really looking forward to our new three-piece suite arriving!

After visiting four different furniture outlets and viewing around 200 three-piece suites, we were starting to feel disheartened. Every suite we saw was either far too big for our house or had seats that were much too soft.
We then visited the Sofa Factory Outlet and looked around the entire showroom. After explaining to Mark that we were specifically looking for a small, quality three-piece suite with firm seating, he immediately showed us one that was absolutely perfect. As soon as we sat on it, we knew it was the right choice — extremely comfortable, the ideal size, and exactly what we had been searching for.
Mark took the time to explain everything in detail. He helped us choose the fabric, the colour, the leg finish, and confirmed the firmness of the seats. He also clearly explained the delivery process and the guarantee, which was very reassuring.
Mark provided excellent customer service throughout — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. We have now placed our order and couldn’t be happier.

A brilliant place who will go above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you need in a sofa. We visited on a few ocassions as our measurements were not adding up! Each time we visited Kami was on hand to provide us with an excellent service, offeering us tea and biscuits on every visit. We were able to take our time with what we wanted and how we wanted it, and never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. The sofa's arrived exactly how we imagined it. Great service all round!

Myself and my partner went in with not sure idea of what what we wanted, we walked in and the shop is amazingly deceptive from the outside as you walk in you can see a vast array of choice.
We soon spotted something we wanted and the service was amazing. Kami helped us select exactly what we wanted and told me what they could do for us to get the sofa we wanted.

Delivery was amazing and we are so happy with the quality of the sofa.

This place is the best for any type of sofa required, forget DFS and any other store, hands down the quality will be better than theirs, I have bought 4 sofas for my family and myself over the years, the service is always amazing and the staff and owner are exceptional.

We made the journey up to Wolverhampton from North London and spent a lovely morning looking round the showroom. Kami was incredibly helpful and hospitable - even though we were slow and indecisive! A few months later, we have the sofa of our dreams - the one we could never find on the high street - the one that fits perfectly in our space. And still affordable! Communication was excellent and the delivery guys were just brilliant. Huge thanks to Kami and Mark!!

We bought a made to measure sofa from SFO and were really pleased with it - perfect size and colour and the quality is exceptional. I made the biggest mistake of taking the covers off and washing them in the washing machine. When they were dry, I couldn't get them back on the seats as they had shrunk - not alot but enough for them not to fit 🤦
I contacted Kam and she was so good. Embarrassed I took them in and thought there's no way they were going to put them back on and it would mean either a new sofa or a new set of covers which may not completely match with the rest of the sofa.
She was so good and said she would try her best. SFO how they did it I do not know but managed to get the covers back on the seats and back cushions. I was so thankful. SFO was recommended to me by my brother and the service that we have received is brilliant. My sister has purchased her sofa from SFO and it looks amazing!!!

So glad we found this lovely place! After being let down by another company we were left without a sofa and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful and kind and had our sofa delivered in 4 weeks. Mark was fantastic at helping us pick a style and material that suited our lifestyle and we couldn’t be more pleased with it, it’s extremely comfortable and well made. This was my first time using Sofa Factory Outlet and I would highly recommend it. The service I received was excellent. No pressure, just very relaxed and friendly. I needed a sofa and chair that was the right height, size for the room and comfort level. I got all 3 and I am very happy.
