We’re thrilled with our new sofas!<br>They were made exactly to our specifications, and Mark even came to our home to measure and give great advice on colours.<br><br>Delivery took a little while, but it was worth the wait,the team were very accommodating and everything went smoothly.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mark for being so helpful. This was my first time using Sofa Factory Outlet and I would highly recommend it. The service I received was excellent. No pressure, just very relaxed and friendly. I needed a sofa and chair that was the right height, size for the room and comfort level. I got all 3 and I am very happy. Kami’s assistance was excellent in advice and ensuring my furniture arrived when I needed it. Thank you Kami, I appreciate all that you did. Thanks also to the delivery men who were great. If you find the ready made sofas and chairs too low, too soft or too large for your room, consider made to measure furniture and visit Sofa Factory Outlet. I would also highly recommend that you see a sample of your chosen fabric at home as colour shades can look different depending on the lighting.

The showroom is extensive and with Kami’s help we were able to create the exact size and style sofas that we wanted, along with some cushions. Kami was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and kept us updated throughout on the progress and delivery of our sofas. We were without a sofa having been let down by ScS. We needed a new sofa in a hurry and decided to try the Sofa Factory Outlet.<br><br>The choice of styles and fabrics is vast as a result it does take a while to choose. We were served by Kami, who left us to our own devices, but was on hand to give advice when needed.<br><br>We were able to choose the exact size we wanted as it was being custom made. Kami took the order and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.<br><br>We were very happy with the delivery timescale and delivery service that we received.<br><br>We have had the sofa for a week now and are very happy with both the quality and comfort.<br><br>We also received a follow up call from Kami to check that we were happy with our purchase.<br><br>We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality furniture.

This is the second time I have ordered a sofa from this shop. My first sofa was 10 years ago, still in use and still looks great. Today we ordered an L shaped sofa for another room. Mark gave us a great deal and was a pleasure to do business with. I love this shop as you can choose exact sizes to suit your room, exact firmness and there is a fantastic selection of fabrics available to choose from. I highly recommend them and the quality is second to none.

Just wanted to thank you guys! Especially Mark. I have just had some bespoke cushions made For a window seat I have had built. I had furniture from Mark about six years ago. I was really impressed with the service and the quality, so I went back there. Nothing was too much trouble and they made exactly what I wanted to my measurements and requirements.
