Fantastic service! I swapped a couple of emails with Kevin over the weekend regarding what I was looking for and by Monday 4pm I had placed an order and made payment over the phone. I stressed that I needed delivery by the following Monday and was told he would do his best for me.
1pm the next day I got a call to say the delivery driver was 30 mins away. The furniture was put in the upstairs room I needed and assembled.
The products themselves were great value but the cost to have them delivered and assembled was fantastic.

“Great service from when we walked in the door very helpful and accommodating great knowledge of stock available, quick turnaround delivered and installed within a week of ordering, no keys with the draws when they arrived as they had rushed the order for us, spoke to Keven and Karl all sorted keys arrived next day 1st class in the post ‘first class service great price’. 10/10 service and installation. Professional outfit throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, when the furniture was delivered there was a very small mark on the desk top. This was handled quickly and efficiently by ORS who arranged a replacement promptly.

I went along to ORS in Burton on Trent on Saturday to purchase a chair for my son. I was greeted by Kevin, who gave me his full attention, showed complete interest in what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. I left shortly afterwards with the perfect chair. There was no hard sell, very pleasant and helpful. Kevin even loaded the chair into my car. Nothing was too much trouble. Pleasant and helpful service, I would highly recommend. Such a lovely personal touch and very reasonably priced quality product. Thank you. One happy son too when I delivered chair 😃
