I went along to ORS in Burton on Trent on Saturday to purchase a chair for my son. I was greeted by Kevin, who gave me his full attention, showed complete interest in what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. I left shortly afterwards with the perfect chair. There was no hard sell, very pleasant and helpful. Kevin even loaded the chair into my car. Nothing was too much trouble. Pleasant and helpful service, I would highly recommend. Such a lovely personal touch and very reasonably priced quality product. Thank you. One happy son too when I delivered chair 😃

Highly recommend! Initially we used ORS to source used furniture for our office and then subsequently used ORS to move our furniture and equipment to our new office location. Great friendly team and good range of products.

Karl at ORS UK , together with his helpful and I add patient staff were wonderful when helping me choose a single desk and chair for my office. Even though this was a very small order for them they gave me the utmost attention and help in finding a specific chair to accommodate support for my back. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

We moved our offices using Karl's team. We were on a tight schedule to get back up and operational but they disassembled our furniture and set us back up in double quick time. His crew was outstanding - great attitude - despite quite a bit of changing of minds on our part and respositioning of furniture and a late finish for them. No hesitation in recommending ORS.

We have done business with ORS for many years and would recommend them without hesitation. Nothing is too much trouble and as much care is taken for the purchase of one chair or a hundred. Most orders are delivered next day by the friendly team and the savings are amazing.

I went to ORS to purchase an office chair for home. As I only work from home once a week on average, I didn’t want to pay a lot. I spent ages trying out different chairs with the help and advise of the salesman and eventually opted for one, that I felt supported my back well, though I wasn’t sure about the seat. However, after about an hour of sitting in it at home, my leg started to feel numb. I rang them and without hesitation, was told I could bring it back and change it. I swapped it for the other one I had been thinking about, and was reassured that if that wasn’t right, to bring it back and try another one. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful without being in anyway pushy. I’m now very happy with my chair which is great and only cost £54 quid. I’ve googled it and it new it would have been about £350!! I would highly recommend ORS and will certainly use them in the future if needed.

Whilst looking for a new desk I found ORS high in Googles natural rankings. On visiting the showroom I was pleased with the range of furniture and the help and advice Kevin could offer. I chose my desk and feel I got a great deal. Kevin took my number so he could arrange delivery, he rang me when he said he would and the delivery guys rang when Kevin said they would and they delivered when they said they would. All in all a perfect service.
