Customer service was top notch, spoke to Karl who was so friendly and helpful in providing information and pricing. Chair was delivered exactly as promised in an excellent condition, would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. A smooth pleasant transaction, very pleased customer!

Laura and the team are absolutely fantastic. I was looking to give our office a refresh. Laura came out to the office to measure up and provided various plans of ways we could best utilise the space. Once we agreed a plan and price a date was booked in. I wanted the changeover to happen when the staff were not in so the lads went out of their way to come over before opening hours to get the job done. The lads who completed the work were very professional and we are so pleased with the end result. Even better - ORS took away all of our old unwanted furniture. Thanks again to Laura and the team. I just want to thank all of the team at ORS Burton for the excellent service we received, starting with our initial enquiry to visiting Kevin at the Burton branch, where he helped us to hone down our ideas for our home study and create a great space for us to work from home. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to even customise our desk to get it to our exact specifications and Kevin helped explain all of the options. We were also able to purchase two used Senator Clipper Mesh office chairs for less than half their retail price and they made sure they were professionally cleaned and prepped for us. Communication was fantastic too and we were given a date when our furniture would arrive at the warehouse and then we were contacted by Karl to arrange a mutually convenient time for the delivery and installation.

The installation team were very professional and arranged to come back with another cable tray when it wasn't the correct length and also adjust the installation. Karl scheduled this all within a few days and communication was excellent.

I think it is wonderful to encounter a company where every member of the team is helpful, professional and responsive irrespective of whether you are ordering for a home office, like us, or buying hundreds of desks for a large company. We felt valued and taken care of throughout the process.

We love our fabulous office furniture and chairs too! Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish!. I had an idea how I wanted a new office layout to look so started searching the internet (as you do) for ideas and designs to inspire. I kept coming across the QRS site so thought its worth sending them an enquiry to get a rough price. To my delight and without prompting they sent a competitive quote but also a great 3d visual in colour which really helped me decide if what I was thinking of would actually look right. It took a few emails back and forward with ideas from both QRS and ourselves to finally come up with the perfect layout.

We went over and visited their premises which was like an Aladdin's cave where we could see exactly what we were having which ended up being a selection of second hand and new office furniture. The boardroom table should have been about 3.5k new and was still in the box but Laura who was really friendly and helpful said we could have it for less than 1k. There was a really smart modern meeting breakfast bar and stools setup which worked perfectly with our company colours and again a great price which we wouldn't see if we hadn't visited. There were literally hundreds of chairs and desks to choose from too.
The guys who delivered and installed everything were their own chaps and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with the installation.

So all in all a great company to do business with, competitive prices, professional and service with a smile :)

ORS have undertaken the refurbishment of a number of spaces within the college and we have been impressed at every stage. A local sustainable model, using recycled options that offer high quality, good value on tight budgets.

Popped in to showroom, was a great size, lots and lots of choice. Provided x11 chairs and tables to suit. Coat hanger and few addtional extras to suit. Very Very happy. Great price too - all were delivered with 3 days - perfect. will be using again and fully recommed. Karl and Laura great customer service too.

Very pleased with the service I had from ORS. This is the first time I purchased an office chair online without trying first and with the help of Kevin we managed to sort out the correct height and seat measurements.
Kevin arranged to have installed a slightly higher gas lift for me. It has now arrived and is great to use. Thank you very much.

The chair is superb - it is an ex- display Herman Miller Aeron. Super comfortable having a built in lumber support - would totally recommend both the chair and the company.

Excellent quality furniture with fantastic customer service. Called in advance and spoke to Laura and she then passed my details to Kevin. He had the desks I was interested in built up, cleaned and ready to inspect for when I arrived. He was also happy to source further items from their warehouse during my visit. I went in for a desk and came out with a pedestal unit and a white board as well! Once chosen, Kevin gave my items a 'Covid-safe' wipe down and then carefully loaded my car too. Brilliant! Now installed at home, everything looks brand new...bargain!

Fantastic service! I swapped a couple of emails with Kevin over the weekend regarding what I was looking for and by Monday 4pm I had placed an order and made payment over the phone. I stressed that I needed delivery by the following Monday and was told he would do his best for me.

1pm the next day I got a call to say the delivery driver was 30 mins away. The furniture was put in the upstairs room I needed and assembled.

The products themselves were great value but the cost to have them delivered and assembled was fantastic.
