Kevin Denver helped me with my purchase, he was polite, informative and helpful and covered everything regarding the chair, from the scarcity of parts to the most common malfunctions. He was even so kind as to help us get the chair in the car. I'd highly recommend ORS, the price was fair and the customer service was top notch.

Kevin Denver provided amazing customer service, sorting exactly the chair I came in for and fixing it up, even going so far as to offer us a lift home with it. The prices were very affordable and the atmosphere very welcoming, all employees were super nice. Update, Kevin also helped fit it into the boot of my car when I was struggling to, expert salesman and an expert at getting chairs in cars lol :)

From the moment we stepped into the showroom, Kevin Denver was fantastic. His knowledge is superb, and he really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He guided us through a wide range of options without any pressure, ensuring we found the right fit for our needs.
Once we had selected our furniture, we were provided with CAD designs to show how everything would work within our space, which was incredibly helpful and gave us real confidence in our choices.
From ordering through to delivery and installation, the whole process was seamless.

It was very clear and easy to order from the website and I received great communication on updates for the delivery. On the day Howard and Gordon, were fantastic, they installed the furniture in quick time and we're polite, friendly and respectful of the office environment. Excellent all round.

Fantastic service, called in this morning after a phone call to Kevin Denver yesterday to see if my office chair could be repaired. The gas strut had failed and Kevin and his team managed to find me one and fitted it while I waited. I am now sitting on my chair with a smile on my face! A new one like mine is over £500.00 and what a waste to bin a perfectly good chair when it just needs a replacement part and a bit of know how. Proper good old fashioned service and a great can do attitude at ORS! Thank you to Kevin and your staff.

I recently ordered 2 new desks complete with draw units from ORS. This is our second order with them. The communication and service from Quotation through to Delivery was excellent. We also arranged for some old furniture to be removed. The delivery guys were very polite and efficient. Thank you.

I’ve had occasion to visit ORS a number of times over the years and I’ve always found the staff very friendly and welcoming. It might be a little unfair to single out just one person, but Ash was a great help loading my purchases—I’m not as young as I used to be!

I tell them what I’m looking for, and they guide me all the way around. Without them, I’d probably only see chairs — because there are literally thousands of them!
