What a great guy! Called Cedric out to fix a week old lock that had been fitted by a competitor and wasn't working. He came out within 30 mins and spent time trying to sort the issue, making sure it wasn't a problem with the door or mechanism, and find the best solution. Lock changed and working now, no issues.
