Had an issue with a missing back door key. Cedric is a great guy, he came in at our agreed time, opened the back door, removed the old lock, noticed that someone had previously tried to gain access to my property, fitted a new anti-snap lock and the job was completed within 25 minutes at a very fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Friendly and informative Cedric came today to sort a problem with my UPVC door. He was efficient and soon sorted my issue out even though it was more trouble for him than I had anticipated. Had a problem with a back door where the locking mechanism failed and we couldn't get it open. Called Cedric on Sunday and I arranged for him to come out on Monday. What a fabulous service.
