Had an issue with a missing back door key. Cedric is a great guy, he came in at our agreed time, opened the back door, removed the old lock, noticed that someone had previously tried to gain access to my property, fitted a new anti-snap lock and the job was completed within 25 minutes at a very fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Friendly and informative Cedric came today to sort a problem with my UPVC door. He was efficient and soon sorted my issue out even though it was more trouble for him than I had anticipated. The price was fair for the level of work required and I would rate him very highly. You will not be disappointed if you have any lock related issues.

Had a problem with a back door where the locking mechanism failed and we couldn't get it open. Called Cedric on Sunday and I arranged for him to come out on Monday. What a fabulous service. Got it all sorted in no time and what a really nice man. I have no hesitation in recommending Cedric and will call him first if we have any issues in the future.

The front door was not shutting easily and two internal doors could be pushed open. Cedric dealt with all of these issues talking me through each solution to ensure I was happy.

Cedric was an absolute legend. My door broke on a Saturday afternoon and he answered the call and arrived within half an hour like Batman. He fixed my door in a timely fashion and explained everything he was doing so I could understand. I will only use Cedric in the future as I am very happy with his service.

Having explained the issue, I received a quote over the phone to which I thought was very good and arranged a time for it to be sorted.
Cedric's work was fantastic, explaining everything that he needed to do as he worked and also had the quote spot on.

Found Cedric through a quick google search this morning. Gave him a call and within an hour he was out to change our locks. Very fast and efficient at his job. Talked me through every step and detail and I’m very pleased with the work he’s done. Would certainly recommend!
