Cedric arrived within 20 minutes of me calling him. I was locked out with my two young children and he arrived. Back pvcu door would not open and needed to solve problem urgently. Was contacted by Cedric through check a trade and decided to use him has he was local. Turned up promptly on time agreed. Cedric came on an emergency call out to my elderly mother who had locked herself in. He was so supportive, helped put my Mum at ease and got everything sorted super quickly and efficiently, even fitting a making some great suggestions on how we can make things a little easier for her in the future.
