Found the company information on google , one call and Cedric was happy to pop by within half an hour to access the issue and got to work straight away , very polite and professional made sure I was happy with everything he was doing and made sure we were safe before going away on holiday. The service from Lockfit was excellent. Not only was the problem quickly identified and resolved but a few other issues that we hadn't even been aware of were also spotted and corrected. Attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

Initial contact via WhatsApp resulted in Cedric calling me just a few minutes later. Within 2 hours he was at my home, and another hour later he had stripped out the locking mechanism, found the problem, fixed, put it all back together and tidied up. Excellent service. I would highly recommend.
