Cedric was very professional from the beginning, responded within about 5 minutes of my query.
After a poorly repaired lock by somebody else, Cedric took the time and assessed the issue with my door lock and resolved the issue in good time. He made sure I tested the lock before he left and advised of the warranty. Wonderful locksmith and friendly, a lot better experience than with the last one we had, thank you!

Honestly 5 Star experience from start to finish. Within minutes of creating the job I had received a call taking me though exactly how to resolve my issue and a time booked to do the work. He arrived and instantly solved my problem of my locks not locking the back double doors. He went and got the part needed and fitted it. He took the time to explain what and why he was doing what he was doing and made me feel confident in the solution. Payment was easy and completely reasonable which was refreshing. I will use this company again. 5 stars.

Cedrick arrived promptly and was very professional throughout the visit. He quickly diagnosed that the gearbox in my garden door had broken and replaced it efficiently. The service was friendly and he clearly knew what he was doing, which gave me confidence in the repair. The total cost was £290 to replace the gearbox, which is a bit on the expensive side, but his experience and the quality of the work made it worthwhile overall.

Cedric spoke to me and gave me some sound advice, following the conversation and his reviews I booked him in for a tenants house, I found his service to be friendly and very professional. Had to cancel on him as tenants got one of their contacts to do the job and change the lock instead as they wanted access to garden quicker after a barrel snapped. Even when I informed him issue got sorted and to cancel he was pleased the issue was sorted and replied saying that’s great, just shows his character and professionalism… definitely saved for the future and would recomend based on the time and serv
