Back pvcu door would not open and needed to solve problem urgently. Was contacted by Cedric through check a trade and decided to use him has he was local. Turned up promptly on time agreed. Soon had door open and made all necessary adjustments. Price charged very reasonable. Would recommend this man and will use again if needs arise.

Cedric came on an emergency call out to my elderly mother who had locked herself in. He was so supportive, helped put my Mum at ease and got everything sorted super quickly and efficiently, even fitting a making some great suggestions on how we can make things a little easier for her in the future.

Cedric was so knowledgeable and courteous. He really knows what he's doing and he's very nimble too - hopped our fence! He went all out to try and get us back into the house after our door handle and mechanism stopped working. Even at 10pm, Cedric was quick to get to the house and was talking us through the whole job. Very grateful to him.

My mum lives a distance away was originally locked out. Cedric to the rescue with I can only describe as next level customer service. He kept me informed at all times of what he was doing, I even received a video which gave me the confidence that he’d done a great job. My mother isn’t the easiest person to deal with so my hat off to Cedric for that alone. Reasonably priced with no call out fee, I would highly recommend.
