I contacted Cedric from Lockfit after my front door key broke in the lock. The job needed to be carried out urgently as my front door is my only way of gaining access. Despite on his way to another job, Cedric was very understanding of my urgent situation. He came and fit a new lock in no time. It was lock with a much better security than the one I previously had. Cedric carried out the work to very high standard. I would recommend Lockfit to undertake such work.

At this point, my daughter was so shocked she almost forgot to be embarrassed by me. Cedric worked his magic, defeated the stubborn lock, and got us back inside before my daughter could fully draft her "my dad is so clumsy" TikTok video.

Cedric was very friendly and helpful and talked me through everything he was doing. Our locks were such a weird contraption with many obstacles to overcome as it wasnât a normal fitted latch and there was lock built into the door. He done such a great job fixing and securing new locks to make it more secure than it was originally. Really pleased with the work after moving onto at least plan C. Thank you.

I spoke to Cedric at 10pm the night before he came out and he offered useful advice. He came out the next day, fixed our patio door as it wasn't shutting and changed the lock showing us what he was doing all the time. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
