Fantastic soft play we love it here! You can keep a much better eye on your child here as it's so enclosed. My 3 year old loves it and we're especially loving the new toddler sessions they have on. Really friendly staff and they interact really well with the children!

Attended the new Toddler session (great price and value for money, food & drink included for the kids, free coffee for mom, bonus!). Such a lovely session, the kids got messy and loved it and had the option to toddle off and play in the soft play area if they got fed up. Courtney is fab with the kids and even gets her guitar out for a singsong which again, was great!<br>See you next time!♡

Took a 3 hour round trip today to take my little 3 month old to see Santa for the first time ❤️ The staff were very friendly the atmosphere was amazing. And although my little one is tiny and couldn’t do much hayley went out her way to make sure she was included ❤️ And she went to her first little sensory room. She has such a huge beautiful personality such a credit to the team couldn’t help me enough.Fancy dress was amazing really made an effort. All round was a great day and was totally worth the long trip ❤️🥰

The atmosphere was so magical from the time we came in until we left. From have been here a few times and it's always been great service. The staff went above and beyond and we're so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Hayley who had the absolutely best personality ever. Thank you guys fot a wonderful time out with the kids

First time visiting this place with my 4 year old and 14 month. Excellent service, staffs were very friendly and helpful. Being a Muslim, I was even glad all the food on the menu was halal and not just 1 or 2 limited items. The place itself is very clean and has got soo many activities for all ages.<br><br>The only downfall which I was not happy about is there were few kids being in the baby section, taking over not realising babies are delicate, and fragile. These older kids just didn't seem to care less whether they were making the other babies uncomfortable or not. Also there are certain kids above 10 year old I would say, don't seem to care that there are younger children than them are around and they want to play on certain things like the trampoline. My 4 year old was playing on the trampoline and some random girl comes and starts jumping very high making my son fall, all she kept doing was laughing with another mate or sibling of hers. This made my son upset and leave the trampoline. Its silly because they were twice the size of him. They also made another child upset and cry which he told his mum about, she was not happy and told them off. I and few others actually thought there was gonna be a kick off.<br><br>Please consider on having signs about the baby section is strictly for under 2s perhaps and also no bullying and making any child very uncomfortable or any form of feeling bullied. This isn't the staffs fault. Parents seem to careless these days.<br><br>I have recommended this place to family and friends so we shall be coming back very soon. Thumbs up 5* from me and my family.

Can't believe this place makes you buy there socks😡. So is covid only on peoples feet now. They are making there own rules up to make more money. Which government rules say you need to wear covid socks?🤦♂️ Won't be taking my kids to this place again

Come here regularly with my baby as a safe space for him to climb and crawl - even in the holidays is relatively quiet if you go between 9-12. The under 3s area is fantastic, plenty to explore and includes a sensory room.<br>Staff are really helpful when attending on my own and offer to carry coffee for me to the table when they can see I have my hands full with the little one. I'm able to breastfeed comfortably in the bucket chairs.<br>Is kept very clean, probably the cleanest soft play I've ever visited. Highly recommend if you have a daredevil baby to entertain.
