Absolutely loved this place and I would recommend it. Walked in through a secured entrance and could instantly smell cleaning products which was amazing as I could see how clean it was. I took my daughter during the week and it was lovely and quiet. The staff were polite and helpful and I think it was all reasonably priced for where it is and what it has to offer, including the food too. The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because when I ordered food and sat down with my daughter to eat. I had cutlery but my daughter did not. Now I'm assuming if I went and asked for some I probably would have been given them but as I was on my own with my daughter and on the other side of the room to reception, I couldn't just leave her to ask. I feel that if adults are given cutlery then children should have cutlery too.<br><br>Also regarding older kids in the younger play area should be down to the parents not the staff, even though they did tell them. It's the parents who still should be able to tell their children where they should be playing. If they had young children they wouldnt let them roam around in the big kids area so it should be vice versa. The staff can only do so much. Parents need to tell their children that that area isnt for them. This isnt down to Little Hooligans as they have done a really good job in making a very good younger childs area. Best one I've seen yet.

Get place to take the gran kids, the staff are delight and nothing is too much for them. Its reasonably priced and they have a good selection of food. Will be back very soon.

I have been here a few times only but I am very happy with this place, comparing with other kids play area.<br>They are organised, the whole ares is clean ( despite its a kid play area ) toilets are clean and the food its ok.<br>Kids have a lot of areas to play in, the place is quite big, and if you go in late afternoon its not that busy so you can go with your kid inside all play areas.<br>Parking is a bit difficult here because its a central area but like I said above, try go in late afternoon, you can find some parking spaces on Lowe Hall Lane.<br>I do recommend this place to go with your kid/kids.

This is our favourite soft play centre. My girls love it here and choose it over all others we have visited. I love how clean it is in there and the staff keep on top of it constantly. Especially the toilets. Very friendly and helpful staff who deal with any issues promptly. Food is really nice too and reasonably priced. We just had our eldest 5th birthday party here on Friday. Everyone who came enjoyed the experience and some who didn't know about it are wanting to revisit and book parties themselves. I've also had people ask where I had her party just from the photos. Which were amazing so thank you for that (photos are included in party packs). Just want to thank all staff in making my daughter's party special. We appreciate you all. See you soon again soon :)

Visited for the first time today and was impressed. It smelled clean and looked clean. Very friendly staff who kept on top of the cleaning and ensured the place was free of rubbish and empty cup etc. I ordered food which was a decent price with generous portions. It tasty lovely too!! Well done!!

Visited here today for the first time.<br>Very friendly, happy staff but most of all SOCIABLE!<br>Recognised i was a new customer and went the extra mile to point this out and ensure our experience was fantastic.<br>Promoted other events showing a genuine interest in their jobs and we stayed til closing time and they were not pushy in any way at getting anyone to vacate.<br>I identified how the were working well as a team non stop on this busy Saturday and let their customers really enjoy the environment.<br>My little 3year old boy says he wants to go again mummy because one of the girls chatted with him and gave him a sticker.<br>SMALL THINGS MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE!

What can I say, for once a clean soft play, usually feels like an insult when you attend these sort of places and are asked to only be in socks yet your shoes are stuck to the floor. I don't like that the website doesn't seem to mention the 2 hour limit and I'm sure you used to get 3 hours before if you ordered food. Bit annoying that they police the outside food rule but not the 0-3 year old area which was too dangerous for my 1 year old even with supervision as kids as big as 10 I'd say dived into the ball pool. Overall pretty good but definitely room for improvement

One of the best soft plays for kids. Is super clean and tidy. Lots of different areas for kids to play including a little race track and football / basketball pitch. Layout is perfect, very open and airy. Staff were great too!!

We come here every week.. it's the best play centre around.. the staff are so friendly.. all Ways have smiles on there faces.. the food is lovley... the play centre is all Ways kept nice and clean.. a great place for your kids to come and burn some energy off 👌👌

Honest dad review time!!! This place is new and very clean but the is no car park!!! Getting here if you don't know the area is difficult, also of today (might change in the future) the is a lot of high sugar drinks in sale, but they do no added sugar juice in a jug for £2.50. Staff wise friendly but not many, it makes you think what would happen on a very busy day with such low staff levels. Overall OK but lack of parking and difficult to find.
