Very impressed with our first visit. The staff were extremely welcoming and my son and nephew had a blast. Doughnuts were delicious too! I am marking a 4 simply because one of the toilets in the womens bathroom was heavily blocked and think it could do with more frequent check ins to make sure it is tidy, clean and presentable. Overall the establishment as a whole is very clean and tidy, and it was reassuring to see staff actively making an effort to clean the space as they went along. However the bathrooms could be seen to more frequently to avoid families, children or adults walking into a bit of a mess!

Seemed a little small and overpriced at first glance, but it was much better than I thought. Been in here 3 hours now and kids aren't bored yet. Plenty of room around tables unlike most, not too busy either considering it's in town centre. Very clean. Food was suprisingly good, gormet burger was very high quality and unexpected for a soft play. Would beat most pubs. Toilets also clean and tidy, and there is a baby changer in the mens too, which you dont see much. Will be coming again.

Came here today with my family and let me tell you how spotless this soft play is!! It looks brand new I love how you can see your children from the equipment also! My son loves playing on go cart such a nice addition to the soft play, food was fast and fresh which was really good and my wife and I really liked the idea of the antibacterial socks so good! We will be back soon

Retuned after the Covid whirlwind. Absolutely fantastic is all I can say!! The place is even cleaner than before - and I thought that wasn't possible. You feel very safe regarding Covid guidance. The staff are wonderful- they obviously care about our experience and are so friendly. The 2 ladies that were on went above and beyond,(Kerry was one- sorry I didnt get the others ladies name). Would totally recommend to any parent worried about returning to normality. So glad Little Hooligans is part of my children's life again. Nearly forgot to say- food is top class.

Love this place, I’ve been coming here every Sunday since it opened, we have missed it throughout lockdown and so happy it’s back open !<br>It’s more of a community hub than a play centre same family’s are there every Sunday when we go in, we’ve got to know each other and our children have become friends, the staff are so friendly and more like friends to us now as a single mom it’s a huge blessing ❤️

Took my niece here last week. Such lovely and polite staff. Food was very good and my niece had such an amazing time she wants to go back. Lovely place and very clean! Definitely recommend.

Visited for the first time this weekend and I must say I was so impressed!!<br>I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner soft play, the COVID measures put in place made me and my family feel safe sanitising stations everywhere and the socks just add to the cleanliness of the place and they look super cool.<br>Staff are friendly and helpful, they sell food, desserts and drinks<br>Highly recommend, will be regular weekend visitors

Took my neice in for the first time over the weekend. Best soft play I've been to ever😍 I think I enjoyed it more than my neice. Very spacious and clean unlike other soft play centres I've visited in the area and during times like these I would say they are spot on👌... It was a busy time when we visited but the staff always seemed to keep on top of things and always had a warm friendly attitude no matter how run off their feet they were. Definitely worth it and will most definitely be coming back to play 💯

Been several times to this soft play and its always a pleasure. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff are always polite and helpful. Yes you have to pay £2 extra for their special socks (that you keep and re-use) but given the circumstances its a bonus. Will continue to go until my children outgrow it ❤

All of my family have been to little hooligans and they love it and so do I for my nephews so much that I tell my friends about it and they are now regulars we love how clean the play area is and they use these anti bacterial socks and they are amazing especially during these bad times through covid all the staff are so lovely and polite they will help you with anything you need! The also do food and drinks that cater anyone’s needs and it’s great too which is a bonus thank you little hooligans you are all stars

The place was really clean it didn’t smell the soft play and slides were clean and also the tables. The staff were really polite and busy cleaning. There was a staff member called fee she was really polite and caring and I saw her helping out a mother who’s child was having a tantrum by giving him a sticker which was really helpful. I will be back

My daughter had a great time really enjoyed herself. I booked online so didn't expect to pay an extra £4 for soaks for me and her when we both had soaks already but was told by a very polite member of staff that I had to use there soaks as they were special anti bacterial grip ones 😏 not sure about the anti bacterial part lol. Also noticed a large black dusty mark on the front of my t-shirt quickly realising it was off the large orange Post I had just lent on. Certain areas inside the the play area were thick with dust also, just think during these times the place should be spotless.

I took my daughter and her friends for her birthday. I had a lovely experience but then again I always do at little hooligans. The staff was so nice and so helpful I couldn't have asked more of them. So pleased, at the end the kids were given a sticker that absolutely made their day.

Visited the place today for the first time and will definitely come back. Lovely place for kids and for their parents, gardians. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff. Affordable prices for sessions and food/drinks which were a good quality. We've had a really good day. Highly recommend the place 🥰

Visited here today for the first time with my daughter & we met my friend and her two children there.<br>My daughter has had a fantastic afternoon, uts probably the best soft play centre I've been to.<br>We didn't have any hot food but the food coming out looked of good quality.<br>It was super clean & lovely staff.<br>It's a little pricey compared to other soft plays but " you get what you pay for "<br>Will definitely be returning soon. :)

Best play area ever I would pick this play centre over any other in the Midlands area. Wolverhampton west brown even Birmingham the play centres are run down and dirty! The service is impeccable all the staff and the owner are friendly and really accommodating! The equipment is great even the baby area is unmatchable they even have a sensory room. Food is great here and halal which is inclusive of all diets. Been coming here since my child was a baby she’s now 3. Will b coming here till we’re too old

Brilliant soft play centre. Easy for the younger children to get round, 2 big slides a trampoline a football/basket ball area an under 5 area and 2 party rooms. It is a little pricey @ £5.95 and then you have to pay a £1 per adult personally I shouldn't see why you have to pay for adults because without the adults your child wouldn't be able to go anyway. Nevertheless It a nice clean and well kept softplay
