Had to have wing mirror replaced on my car and was able to get booked in very quickly at a time to suit, they were happy to fit a mirror I bought myself and were very upfront about costs etc. Really good service and will be returning next time I have any car issues/needs. Thanks!

My first visit to fitch autos today. Took my lexus for a minor service with a few extras including aircon regas, brake flush and caliper slide pins clean and grease.
This would have cost me a fortune at a main dealer.

I had my dashboard decorated with orange lights, one of them was there since I bought my car (2014), was checked by 3 different garages including Skoda Johnson's, none could find where it comes from, these guys shut them all down.
They are proper professionals and I don't have any problems recommending this shop to anyone who want a honest and professional job done. From now on it's my garage of choice.

Fantastic garage, competitive prices & knowledgeable staff. Used them last year when my little Toyota Aygo needed some work & had a good experience, but have moved further away so tried my local garage this year. Got quoted twice the price of Fitch for the same work so came back. Neil was one of the few garages who gave an accurate quote & answered all of my questions. I was quoted half the price for a full service & work on my Kia Sorento as well, & they use KIA spec parts, so safe to say I'll never be taking it back to the main dealer again. Have tried a few garages in my time but I wont be making the mistake of taking my cars anywhere else next time, even if they are further away from me now :) Wasn't aware they did a collect & drop off service as well til afterwards, which makes them even better.

Great guys. I had a very poorly car and I thought we'd have to scrap it as there was more lights on the dash than a Christmas tree. The guys were honest, open and charged a very reasonable sum for the work, getting my diesel back on the road in time for me to go back to work. Brilliant service.

Great bunch of lads and very good on price, I've had various MOT's, Services, Tyres you name it and they have been perfect every time.
The shop in their Brownhills Garage is great as well, can have a good mooch while you wait for work to be done with a brew and a bit of TV.
Highly recommend

Excellent service this morning. They sorted out my 4x4 at extremely short notice and did it while i waitied so i could carry on with my job this morning. You gave me immense peace of mind and told me straight what was and wasn't wrong with it. Fabulous service- only falut i can say was a coffee machine may have been handy to keep me awake while i waited on that really comfy sofa while watching t.v. Fitch autos were recommended to me for their honest and trustworthy service that they offer.i booked my car in for an m.o.t online and saved £5. i was able to choose my day and time online and the process was very easy. i was emailed immediately and told the booking had been accepted and even told who would be doing the m.o.t for my car.A reminder was sent the day before my appointment and even had a call after the m.o.t to say my car had passed and was ready to collect. i work for a company were customer service is important and i feel fitch autos have got the customer service and the customer experience bang on ! will use again and definitely recommend to others. well done to the team at Fitch autos!

I must say that the service I have received from Fitch Autos this afternoon has been first class - they fitted me in for an emergency repair on my car without fuss. All was sorted out, the car was ready and waiting within a few hours, the price was exactly as agreed and the car is now working well. Many thanks.

Fitch autos have looked after our two cars for almost 10 years now. Every time we send out well loved cars into them we know that they are well looked after, competently and honestly looked after and maintained. In fact we take one of our cars abroad and before each visit the car spends a day with Fitch and without a word of a lie last October if we had not done that we could have been killed !!! There was a fault with the tyres as a result of the tracking being out. Fitch sorted this at very short notice, gave the car a good look over to make sure it was safe and the bill was by no means excessive. We would not want to trust our cars anywhere else. Today was MOT day for the shopping trolley ( second car). No fuss, 45 mins start to finish with a couple of other bits sorted out while we were there. TOP CLASS SERVICE AS PER USUAL - THANK YOU FITCH AUTOS.
