I’ve been using Fitch’s for over 3 years now… Primarily because it was my Dad who recommended them to me (he is AA Patrolman with 20+ years service) but also because I have always found Fitch’s to be helpful above and beyond my expectations. I have had company car’s previously which just used to be dropped off at dealers around the country for servicing or issues so when I came out of a company car and back into my own car I needed someone / someplace that I could rely on and trust – who I have found 

I have had a variety of work done over the years, firstly for a European Dodge Nitro (something always going wrong with it!! – Fitch’s though would always be able to put it right! :D ) and now they ‘look after’ my US imported Dodge Challenger, which is a bit of an oddball yes, but just a Chrysler 300c underneath… Some people would insist on taking their US imports to a specialist dealer etc. but after talking with Neil at Fitch’s, he assured me it was in safe hands – and it is!

The Nitro would always need some weird and wonderful part every couple of months and when contacting Jeep or Chrysler direct it was always = £££. Fitch’s however would always be able to source an identical version from their suppliers at a much reduced cost to me and would have no trouble taking on any type of work.
For example, when contacting a Jeep dealer to have the cam-belt changed (comes as a kit with water pump etc), it just seemed a rigmarole (trying to get it booked in) for Jeep to deal with it and the cost was shocking. However, Fitch’s sourced it on the Monday, fitted on the Tuesday and the car was back on my drive by 4:00pm on the Tuesday afternoon.

Also, my sister and her husband have stopped using the garage they used to use in Lichfield, mainly because of me recommending Fitch’s over the garage they used to use but also because they are feel they are getting better ‘service’ at Fitch’s over the previous garage where they have been issues previously.

All in all, I would have no hesitation in sending anyone I know to Fitch’s as I know they look after their customer’s cars as if they were their own.

This review is definitely overdue. I’ve used fitch autos for the past 2 years and they are by far the best. It’s difficult to find people that care about your car as much as you do. They also provide you with the best options for your car repair. Price is also affordable.. this place, and the people who do all the incredible work need to be recognised for it. Thanks guys

Had my mot and clam belt done there. Fair price good team. Im not a car person and when needed a stupid bulb for the back light one of the guys bothered to go out and check byhimself. I feel they care for me and my car.

I have used Fitch Autos for 3 years now and they have always given excellent customer service. I have always been very happy with the quality of the work they do and the reasonable prices. What I like most is that nothing is too much trouble for them and if ever I have a problem with my car they are the garage I call because they always fit me in ASAP and get the car back to me the same day. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly and they don’t try and sell you things that you don’t need.
Work I have had done at Fitch Autos includes
Cam belt/water pump on a Corsa and an A3
Service on A4 and A3 and MOT
Oil leak fixed on A3 (after a local “specialist “ failed to diagnose the problem) and thermostat change.
Brake fluid changes.
Airbag suspension on a 520d Touring which failed this morning and 1 call to Fitch Autos was booked in and fixed in the afternoon at a fraction of main dealers prices.
I won’t take my cars anywhere else now.
