Brought a merc B class here for a major service

Gave is a courtesy car whilst work being carried out
On getting the car back it all of a sudden started having gear box problems
However this although coincidence was NOT the garages fault
Phoned them up and they recovered the car from where i had got to when it started playing up and also dropped to us a courtesy car
On checking the car no faults displayed and the car was fine
Had the car back and it happend again the car didnt want to go into 7th gear and also no reverse only even gears would work
Again back to the garage straight away. And theh gave is courtesy car
Neil (i think i cant rememberš³) very helpful did some further investigation and found that in actual fact was a software related issue and got the car sorted once and for all. Also use the car himself to snag it
So far had it back and its been fine
Garage very helpful and didn't try and brush of the issue like some other garage would.
Price for the initial work was very reasonable of not cheaper than other garages with good reps.
They were also keen and quick to put right the car which wasn't their fault to start with.
Will be back for future work if needed and servicing.
They also printed off digital service record for us.

I had an overheating problem with my Skoda. Other garages were unable to diagnose the problem. When I rang, they fitted me in quickly and gave me a courtesy car. It was pretty clear from the initial conversation that they had a good idea of the problem, sure enough they were correct and fixed the problem within 24 hours. Whilst the repair was quite expensive, I felt their prices were pretty competitive and I had no concerns about that. While the car was with them they ran various checks based on the fact that the garage I had used for servicing had not uploaded the result to the Skoda electronic database. A service I didnāt expect. Finally a special shout out to Chelsea. She deals with the initial contact and communication during the repair process. She was friendly, informed and extremely helpful

Fitch Autos Fixed an issue with my car that was causing considerable drivabilty issues. They told me exactly what was going on with the car and why I was experiencing issues - with photos and excellent communication. Neil was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by provided excellent advice, even after working hours. His initial advice led me to booking the car in, and this led to them resolving the serious mechanical issue. Had he not responded when he did there would almost certainly have been serious damage done to the car as I may not have had the car looked at in time.

Got my car in for repair quickly, fixed in a day as promised.
Kept update throughout the day, customer service is one of the best I have dealt with.
Some issues were found on my car after I had been there for work. The manager was swift in dealing with the issues.

I had issues with DPF filter on my Range Rover Velar. Engine management light and DPF Filter symbol came up which says Exhaust Filter Full, visit dealer. It really worried me as the dealers would charge extortionate prices for the diagnosis and repairs.Holly, answered the call, took the details of the issue and offered an appointment next day, offered me a courtesy car too. Big problems with my dpf.they say one stop fix and they were right.start to finish let me know what was what and sorted.even had a car whilst mine was fixed. 1st class job won't go anywhere now.ty guys

Was a very positive experience, and staff is very polite and helpful. Any additional faults were also rectified. Photos were sent of additional faults that needed sorting as an option for peace of mind. Very honest and trustworthy. Very reasonable price for the problem i bought my car in for. Would definitely reccomend fitch autos. Will also be bringing my car back for services.
