It's very Rare that you walk out of a garage with a smile on your face after spending a week's wages and some and feel happy about it
From the time i walked in the friendly atmosphere and greeting They were knowledgeable of my issues To being able to book the car in just 2 days And offered a courtesy to boot I was updated with emails at all times

Thanks to Fitch Autos, my car was diagnosed with a worn clutch and it was a horrible shock as the car is only 6 years old.. convinced I bought the dud car from new 🤣. The team got me in quick when an engine management light came on “drive train” issues, which was a worry as you just don’t know that could be! Don’t ignore lights! Yes it’s an expensive repair, but it was done really quickly and the car drives much better than before (so it was probably failing for a while and I thought it was my driving…stop.starting traffic doesn’t help either!) All sorted in a few days, really convenient to leave my car there over the weekend also. Reception team are fantastic too, Eleanor is so lovely and everyone was empathetic to the situation. No-one likes expensive garage repairs but I have peace of mind that it’s all sorted and I was looked after well. Thanks again team. Keep up the good work!

Fitch had my range rover and diagnosed the issue of the coolant leak where hatfields shrewsbury spent 6 hours and still couldn't find the leak

The communication from Ellie was excellent, the time to fix was estimated perfectly and the use of the courtesy was very welcome. The team are all very professional. I have looked after my own cars for years so taking my latest daft car into a garage was something I thought I would regret, I didn’t and I will definitely be taking my cars there again. Thank you.

My Range Rover had an oil leak which required Dealership specialist diagnosis of location of leak plus repairs.I was prepared for a hefty quote.Took it to Fitch and the Engineer's were spot on.Repairs done,brilliant customer service and my bill is very reasonable and appropriate.Job well done guys!!!Thank you.

Went to have car MOT carried out. We always take our cars here. Friendly staff on the front desk who are so helpful. The guys in the back really know their stuff too. Always drive away knowing everything has been taken care of. Highly recommend them.
