Andy came out this morning to deal with a blocked drain and the service was excellent from start to finish. He arrived quickly, was extremely courteous, and carried out the work with no disruption at all.

Drain Doctor were so helpful in resolving our blocked drain issue over the weekend. Despite being very busy, they made every effort to ensure we were back up and running as soon as possible, going above and beyond in squeezing us in. Luke was able to get to us in just a few hours, and swiftly and professionally resolved the issue. Luke was clear and transparent about the costs. We would definitely recommend Drain Doctor.

These guys were amazing! I had purchased a new house and encountered a blocked toilet within the first few days. A local trades person had quoted me £600 to fix the issue as I have an internal stack.
The engineer came out and resolved the issue for less than £200 (and it was a Sunday!)- he also cleaned up the mess left by the local tradesman from the previous day - I cant recommend these highly enough - honestly resolved a loads of stress and were preofessional, friendly and understanding. Thank you so much !

Andy came out to inspect an issue we had with a poor aroma coming up from under the floor. Was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He assessed first for us free of charge and then discussed with me next steps to carry out a camera inspection of the drain that lead to us finding the route of the problem quickly.
