While working on the investigations/relining of the drains to my property, there was good communication/ correspondence throughout.
I always felt at ease and not intimidated with having work men at my property; especially as a single woman.

I’ve had intermittent and, more recently, frequent issues with the toilet not flushing waste away. Drain Doctor has been responsive and effective in sorting out a longer term solution. People at the end of the telephone and engineers have been pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Very professional job and completed with the minimum of fuss, engineer was helpful and polite. I didn’t expect to get the job done on a Sunday afternoon and it was a huge relief to get the blockage in my soil pipe removed which was forcing raw sewage up through my drain into the utility. The communication was first class keeping me informed as to when the job was scheduled and confirmed. No call out fee either so it was up to me to decide if I wanted to go ahead after the engineer gave a quote after his assessment of the work to be done.

Drain was blocked outside by side of house.called drain doctor, came out next morning as I had called late in the evening. Lady on phone was very sympathetic and kind her name was hayley. Engineer came out today first thing. Very understanding explained what problem was and v explained cost. Exp l ained aftercare and was a very good guy. Thankyou drain doctor

Had an issue with our downstairs toilet the night before we flew out on holiday. Called out of hours in a Sunday night, was very accommodating and arranged for an engineer to come around 1st thing in the morning. Kept us updated with arrival.

Called Drain Doctor and within 30mins, on an evening, Simon came round and fixed my Mom's drainage issues within 20mins. He was very polite and professional and even cleaned the bathroom floor before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

I've been using Drain Doctor for a while now and have to say, they do not disappoint.
We have recently had a major leaks under a high rise block of flats, where excavation works were required. They took time and care with creating a plan of action to being able to carry out the works with as little disruption as possible, while preventing the intervention of South Staffs Water.
Highly recommend this team, they have gone above an beyond!

I phoned on Monday and they came out Tuesday and fixed the problem, called to let me know they were on the way. The plumber said how much to fix before going ahead. Very happy with the service
