We are a small cafe in Walsall and have required the services of Drain Doctor a few times now. They have given us a first class service every time. They come when they say they will usually within a couple of hours, they are very knowledgable and professional, I have been so grateful for their services. They are very reasonable charges doesn’t cost a small fortune to get professional help. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them every time we needed help with any drainage or grease trap problems. 3rd time I've used them. I still can't figure out how they manage to come within a few hours to sort out the problem. They know what they are doing. Show you the blockage on the CCTV so you know they are not making up any bogus problems. Highly recommended.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Drain Doctor and especially to the plumber we had in our property this morning. After a long weekend of bring messed around by other plumbers and leaving us without a sink, washing machine & dishwasher, drain doctor came to the rescue. The gent who came was amazing! Told and showed me everything that was going on and test everything to make sure he wasn't leaving us stuck again. Apologies I didn't get your name but you're a real credit to the company! Great service all round from Sam at Drain Doctor! We had a totally blocked sewerage drain which was affecting other neighbours drains too! Sam came along within an hour and cleared blockage then performed a camera assessment of drain ( included in the price) which high lighted a major problem along our neighbours shared drainage system resulting in our drain which is at the end of the row having the blockage. We are now having our main sewerage provider coming to visit to assess this problem over the next few days by performing their own video of drainage piping. Sam was very knowledgable and considerate as our neighbours who were also affected are both elderly. The price was reasonable too for the expertise provided.

Spoke to the boss (Sam) at Drain Doctor (DD) Cannock. Very pleasant, helpful and understanding of my predicament. on agreeing that DD do the work, I had a call from Technician Kevin to ensure that I was home and that it was a good time for him to call. Kevin sorted the problem with no faffing or messing about. A top lad and a credit to the business. He even explained, after completion, about other area of work that the business could help with. Top marks for great friendly service, done almost immediately and at a competitive cost. Drain Doctor, Your number is now in my book for future needs if they arise.
