We would like to thank Dean Harper Funeral Directors for the service they recently provided our family in carrying out my late mother’s funeral, and previously also for my father.

At a difficult time we were grateful for Dean’s guidance in ensuring that everything went smoothly. He made sure that all the basics were properly covered and did not try to persuade us to take unnecessary options. Whilst no one wants to think about the cost at such a time, it was good that Dean listened carefully to our wishes and explained all the options. This meant that the cost was within our budget expectations.

As we did not live locally, we also appreciated Dean’s recommendations for an excellent vicar who conducted the service, and for a location for the wake.

From our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Dean Harper Funeral Directors.

I cannot thank you enough for the kindness,understanding and care you showed myself and my brother regarding my fathers funeral. This was the first funeral I have had to arrange and I was completely out of my depth on knowing what I had to do,but you took my brother and myself though it step by step,from which coffin would be best to what music we wanted which wasn't the every day thing we asked for to even the right Minister, you listened to what we wanted and more than delivered. On the day its self it hits hard that this is the last time that you will be with your loved one as such and I was trying so hard to be strong for my brother,but grief over took me as it did my brother, I could not reach my brother as he was to consumed with grief but you were there for him and spoke softly and kindly and was able to reach him for this I cannot thank you enough.You looked after everything on the day,from a pen to write on the flower cards,to making me aware of other flowers that had been sent and who they were off,everything was perfect, family members were very impressed how professional everything had been, nothing was to much trouble for you. My father had the funeral my brother and myself wanted and you gave that to us,you gave my brother and myself support,kindness,understanding and care for which we both thank you so much for. I would also like to thank everybody else that works for you and that was present on the day,they to were very professional.
