I cannot thank you enough for the kindness,understanding and care you showed myself and my brother regarding my fathers funeral. This was the first funeral I have had to arrange and I was completely out of my depth on knowing what I had to do,but you took my brother and myself though it step by step,from which coffin would be best to what music we wanted which wasn't the every day thing we asked for to even the right Minister, you listened to what we wanted and more than delivered. On the day its self it hits hard that this is the last time that you will be with your loved one as such and I was trying so hard to be strong for my brother,but grief over took me as it did my brother, I could not reach my brother as he was to consumed with grief but you were there for him and spoke softly and kindly and was able to reach him for this I cannot thank you enough.You looked after everything on the day,from a pen to write on the flower cards,to making me aware of other flowers that had been sent and who they were off,everything was perfect, family members were very impressed how professional everything had been, nothing was to much trouble for you. My father had the funeral my brother and myself wanted and you gave that to us,you gave my brother and myself support,kindness,understanding and care for which we both thank you so much for. I would also like to thank everybody else that works for you and that was present on the day,they to were very professional.

I have to say that my family and myself were pleased with the service provided.
I was treated with compassion and dignity throughout but not in a balanced sensible way without being overly patronising (as was my experience with one of your competitors albeit some time ago).
The advice given on how to scatter my mothers ashes with those of my late father was particularly appreciated. Sound advice was also given in other areas of concern.

Dean & "Especially" Tracey provide an exceptional & outstanding caring service to thier customers when they are upset and at thier most vunerable. Nothing is too much trouble and thier attention to detail is 1st Class. The moment you walk into thier office you are greeted with compassion & the decor makes you feel relaxed and at ease straight away.Walsall should be proud that they have a local company who provides such an excellent service and I would recomend Dean Harper & his team to anyone when you loose a loved one they deserve all the praise there is to be given.
