Dean did a first class job of my Fathers funeral a few years ago, they were understanding, sympathetic and very professional. At a difficult time, we were grateful for Dean's guidance in ensuring that everything went smoothly. He made sure that all the basics were properly covered and did not try to persuade us to take unnecessary options. Whilst no one wants to think about the costs at such a time, it was good that Dean listened carefully to our wishes and explained all the options. This meant that the cost was within our budget and expectations. As we did not live locally, we also appreciated Dean's recommendations for an excellent vicar who conducted the service, and for a location for the wake.
