Just a little note to say thank you for all you did to make sure the services and order of service were perfect and also say thanks for making sure the hymns verses and music were right at the crematorium. Both services were beautiful and meaningful, the crematorium service felt like an extension of the church. Dad's relatives really appreciated the hymns and the music. I've really appreciated your calm voice on the phone during these last few weeks and thanks for dealing with the 'curve balls' so professionally.

I am writing this review on behalf of myself and my family.
From our first initial visit at Dean Harpers we found that the staff were approachable, understanding and empathetic. Nothing was too much, we were listened to and the staff were very obliging.
Such a professional service, its a small family run business who we found to be very supportive and guided us through every step of the funeral process.
I would recommend Dean Harper as the Funeral Directors of choice and to approach first locally, I cannot praise his service enough.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dean, Anna and especially Pauline, Minister Michael and the driver of our funeral car Anthony and all the other members of staff who help in the business.
Exceptional service and satisfaction surely guaranteed at such an emotional, sad and very difficult time for a family.

We recently arranged Dads funeral, never done this before, Dean Harper and Anna were brilliant, everything was taken care of to our wishes, every detail with great care, we were looked after from beginning to end with genuine kindness and compassion, would highly recommend Dean Harper, Dads funeral was a perfect send off, nothing is too much trouble for them and in our heartbreak and pain they were truly brilliant, they looked after us so well and Dad.

To Dean, Pauline and Anna, my heartfelt thanks and sincere gratitude for arranging my late partners funeral. The compassion and support you all showed myself and the family was greatly appreciated at such a difficult time. When I paid my final visit to Alan, the day before the funeral, your chapel room was just perfect, so serene, and my thanks to Pauline for the support shown to me at that time. On the day of the funeral, Dean was a tower of strength with his calm, supportive and respectful manner, I was immensely grateful. My late partner specified in his Will that he wanted Harpers to conduct his funeral, I now see why. I would highly recommend Dean Harpers to family, friends and acquaintances.
